Case Closed on Masks

In this video Ivor Cummins looked into the scientific evidence surrounding mask mandate and the wearing of masks and found there was no scientific evidence to support mask wearing for airborne pathogens like influenza and COVID-19.

11 new randomized control trails or RCTs with over half a million participants were conducted and it was found that there was no risk ratio related to mask wearing vs no masks. Many concluded that mask wearing is junk science as it was tested not just among the general population but among healthcare workers, so we can conclude that the mask mandates are a form of political tyranny.

Further evidence comes from Cochrane who in 2011 found there was no scientific evidence supporting masks which was reaffirmed in 2020.

In 2021, an RCT was performed among Danish people looking at CoV-2 and there was no statistically significant effect. However, the original report was suppressed until the wording was changed. We also have to remember that violation of mask mandates in many countries carried fines and in some cases prison sentence.

The Irish Government released data after two seasons and massive positivity and there found the risk of mortality was much lower than we were led to believe. In under 70s the risk was 0.014%, under 50s was 0.002% and under 25s had a mortality rate of just 0.00018% meaning you were more likely to die from poisoning, falling from a ladder or in a fire than from COVID-19.

Studies don’t address one of the primary benefits of wearing a mask; namely they keep a person from sticking their fingers up their nose. This is an under appreciate mechanism of disease transference to the respiratory track.
