    Wikipedia was set up with enormous potential. But it soon seemed to get hijacked with activist editors. Consult Wikipedia out of curiosity. Don’t ever rely on it as a reference source.

    OFF TOPIC BUT STILL WIKIPEDIA:
    I have just recently looked up “Eddy Minimum” on ghougle and couldn’t resist glancing over an article in w. about Maunder Minimum. This is worth reading, put away your coffee though — quote:
    “The correlation between low sunspot activity and cold winters in England has recently been analyzed using the longest existing surface temperature record, the Central England Temperature record.[17] They emphasize that this is a regional and seasonal effect relating to European winters, and not a global effect.”
    And if this is not enough, just read what leads to and what follows this quote — they went a hundred extra miles (or parsecs) to avoid the clear correlation between solar activity and Earth temperature.

      Thanks for that it pretty much sums up all you need to know about climate change. The sun now only affects parts of the earth. Unbelievable how stupid the general public are.
