UK: regular Covid ‘booster’ shots will become commonplace

The head of Britain’s Covid-19 genomics programme has warned that there will be a need for regular booster jabs to protect people against the virus as new potentially vaccine-busting variants emerge.

“We have to appreciate that we were always going to have to have booster doses; immunity to coronavirus doesn’t last forever,” Sharon Peacock, UK Covid-19 Genomics (COG-UK) chief, told Reuters at the Wellcome Sanger Institute’s Cambridge campus on Monday.

Peacock, whose COG-UK programme has sequenced half of the world’s mapped Covid-19 genomes, said she was confident new variants would emerge that would render the current vaccines ineffective.

“We already are tweaking the vaccines to deal with what the virus is doing in terms of evolution – so there are variants arising that have a combination of increased transmissibility and an ability to partially evade our immune response,” she said.

The genomics chief said the “cat and mouse” battle with the virus will require international cooperation. COG-UK was set up a year ago by Peacock and the British government’s chief scientific adviser, Patrick Vallance, and has sequenced 346,713 genomes out of a total of 709,000 genomes mapped worldwide.

To date, more than 24 million people in the UK have received at least their first vaccine dose; all vaccines being used have demonstrated considerable efficacy against the virus variants prevalent in Britain.

As I read in the past, viruses mutate and there will never be a vaccine that will cover all potential mutations. Is the plan to continue shooting gene altering substances in our bodies until we are all dead? I will be passing on the first one and all the rest.

I do wonder how well the Sputnik one will compare with the others. I believe that nobody has died or had an over-reaction to it, it is not being pushed or forced, there is no question of vaccine passports in Russia, the covid restrictions are low. Britain has the highest death toll as we neglect to use the covid cures. We have the most draconian and longest restrictions.

The English idiom “to get shot of something” takes on a whole new meaning when one’s a vaccine eugenecist.

When did vaccines get to be called SHOTS? I think a lot of us would prefer a bullet in the arm. The people cannot help being stupid and unquestioning when they have mainstream media shouting out the headlines, hypnotizing them and riling their emotions. When they eat crap foods filled with especially engineered chemicals and when they have mercury near their brains off gassing, when they are poisoned continually and lack nourishment, they just don’t switch on.

From 1 vaccination and “everything will go back to normal”, to “Booster” as commonplace shots again proves that this is played as go with 0 consistency in scientific thought. Worse, 0 honesty about the immune system and how to encourage it to be healthy. The main weapon is not a virus it is the 24X7 fear that governments are instilling via inconsistencies in media programming. Time to permanently turn off the TV and the fear porn that is promoted.

Also well said. I have not listened to a radio or TV news broadcast for nearly a year now. They and the newspapers just spout wall to wall propaganda and I live in a country which is supposed to be the least corrupt and freest in the world but don’t you believe it.

So this expert “Peacock, whose COG-UK programme has sequenced half of the world’s mapped Covid-19 genomes” still hasn’t actually isolated the virus. Or any virus. Ever.
As others have pointed out, viruses don’t actually exist. They are just hypothesized to explain the symptoms of poisoning… which is why the word “virus” means “venom”.

So these genetically modified style injections —
    1. offers little benefit to those who may catch the ‘virus’ after being injected,
    2. offers little or no benefit to those who have recovered from the virus,
    3. offers little to not benefit in preventing people spreading the virus,
    and now they say
    4. offers probably little benefit for future mutations of the virus.

Tell me why this injection is called a vaccine?

I am interested to hear that more than 300,000 samples have been purified and cultured to sequence them properly. I wonder where this huge class 4 lab is, and how many hundreds of people work there? Perhaps it would be useful if the sequences discovered were published, as a service to future vaccine producers? I assume they are secret, as they may be useful to an enemy, who cannot produce them but can artificially make a virus, which is exceedingly unlikely. It is amazing that this stuff gets published at all, let’s peer review the sequences and protocols, please!

Here we are a year on. Never wear a mask, never wash my hands when I get home ( I’m a filthy rat) and as fit as a fiddle.

Are we being sprayed with covid from the air? Just as covid makes breathing difficult, are there chemicals which act in the same way? In the past, DDT poisoning caused the same illness as polio virus.
