UK Chief Medical Officer Accused Of Breaching Hippocratic Oath
Dr Sarah Myhill from the UK Medical Freedom Alliance (UKMFA) has written an open letter challenging Professor Sir Chris Whitty, the UK Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Myhill challenges Professor Whitty to either resign from his position or sue her for libel. The letter accuses him of acting as a dishonest doctor and bringing the medical profession into disrepute by breaching the Hippocratic Oath.
Professor Whitty is alleged to have ignored clear advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), which had stated that vaccinating children would be morally wrong.
Instead of protecting ethical standards, he is accused of acting as a “third umpire” between the JCVI and the MHRA—an organisation the panel claims is 86 percent funded by Big Pharma.
The panel fiercely criticises the “no jab, no job” policy directed at care home workers, describing it as an unethical form of blackmail. The use of bribes to encourage vaccination—such as free beer, lottery tickets, gym memberships, and kebabs—is condemned as a highly coercive and immoral tactic.
Professor Whitty is accused of shutting down the Moral and Ethical Advisory Group (MEAG) when its experts attempted to provide ethical guidance on pandemic policies.
The parliamentary debate regarding the care worker vaccine mandate was capped at just 90 minutes and lacked proper environmental impact assessments or data regarding the effect on jobs and education.
The discussion highlights the extreme difficulty of holding public officials accountable, noting that the legal system shields bureaucrats while placing prohibitive financial risks on private citizens who attempt legal action.
Furthermore, the panel notes that since 1986, the government has assumed liability for vaccine injuries, but maximum compensation is capped at £120,000, making legal recourse and proper compensation almost impossible for victims.
To bypass these legal roadblocks, Dr. Myhill relies on public shaming, ultimately calling for Professor Whitty to face a public debate at a venue like the Royal Society to answer for these allegations.
In an interview with Ian Humphreys and Dr. Liz Evans, also of the UKMFA, Dr Myhill says:
“We here at UK Medical Freedom Alliance are responsible for putting pressure to maintain medical ethics and morals in clinical practice and that simply is not happening. All these ethical principles were washed away during the COVID pandemic and Chris Whitty was responsible for overseeing that.
The accusation of nonfeasance in public office is different from misfeasance or malfeasance because it implies that he stood there and did nothing when he should have acted. His job as chief medical officer is to maintain moral and ethical standards
The vaccination of children was a dreadful policy. There was a debate between the JCVI and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) headed at the time by Professor Andrew Pollard and vice chair Professor Anthony Harding. Both of them on separate occasions stated that to vaccinate children will be morally wrong. This is very clear advice to the chief medical officers that this should not happen.
Now the MHRA as we know is 86 percent bankrolled by big pharma. So of course they’re going to approve the vaccination of 16- and 17-year-olds and subsequently children. At one of the committee meetings it was pointed out that four million doses of vaccination to two million children would be necessary to prevent one ITU admission. I mean that is an appalling statistic and that’s why they said it would be morally wrong of a vaccine of unproven efficacy and unproven safety.”
Dr Myhill’s email is passionate and spirited with a touch of satire:
‘So, what can a peasant like me do to hold to account a Knight of the Realm sitting in his Ivory Tower? There was once a day when I could throw down the gauntlet and challenge you to a duel! That would be fun – I am up for that!’
Ultimately this letter was motivated by the fact that, as Dr Myhill says:
“Whitty’s nonfeasance ruined people’s lives – educationally, financially and medically because we know the vaccine is not safe.”
