Tyndall’s Error Created the Greenhouse Gas Warming Theory
Climatechangedispatch.com runs another brilliant article by James T Moodey on the REAL science of carbon dioxide. It confirms the core arguments in the book Slaying the Sky Dragon: Death of the Greenhouse Gas Theory co-authored by fellow skeptics and yours truly in 2010.
Moodey is a gas physics expert – doing real world science that can kill people if mistakes are made. Not to be confused with ‘climate scientists’ who are mostly bought off academics full of hot air and self-loathing in secure government-funded posts.
The climate clowns did not see the fundamental error made in a key experiment that is alleged to prove the greenhouse gas effect, by John Tyndall. Tyndall’s experiment and thirty-six-page paper, written in 1861, is the much-referenced scientific study behind the greenhouse theory and global warming.
But Tyndall’s instrument inaccurately reported dry air as absorbing no radiant energy, despite its substantial warming under solar heating.

“At our Weights and Measures gas-physics test facility in California, we tested carbon dioxide (CO2). It cools 20 degrees in less than four minutes. It cannot possibly retain heat from day to day (global warming).
We also tested our humid atmosphere, including the trace gases therein. That cools about one degree every 32 minutes or 20 degrees in roughly 11 hours.
These tests prove that no gas – not CO2, nitrogen, methane, nor even humid air – retains heat from day to day.”

The moon and the Earth receive the same level of energy from the sun. The surface of the moons goes from 250F on the sunlit side to -230F on the shadow side. The only difference is the Earth has an atmosphere. Before the surface can lose energy into space the atmosphere above must drop below the energy level of the surface. The thermosphere is the hottest area of the atmosphere and where the transfer of energy from the Earth into space occurs by radiation. None is being lost from the surface by radiation only transfer energy by collisions with other gas molecules. The surface of the Earth is visible from space due to reflection, not emissions. The black areas from lave flows or fires is not from the surface radiating light with a black wavelength but due to the absorption of visible light..

The oceans are a source of radiated energy.
Matter absorbs energy snd radiates energy. The radiated energy will spread until it is absorbed by matter or an energy field being radiated from a different source. Once energy from one source meets energy from another source, the energy will establish equilibrium and the floe of energy in that direction will cease. The Earth is within the energy field radiating from the sun so when the energy from the Earth equalizes with the sun’s energy field the flow of energy from the Earth stops.
Venus is within a stronger energy field being radiated by the sun so its energy field is smaller, which is why the atmospheric temperature is above 800F and there is little temperature difference between night and day.

I keep wondering whether we, the Sky-dragon-slayer-people and associates, are still barking at the wrong tree (sort of). I see one profound positive in the anti CO2 narative: the deposits of carbon (coal) and all the carbohydrates we consume (at an unbelievable rate) are not infinite and will be even more stretched when the coming GC (global cooling) takes hold in the next few decades. What I suggest to all allies is to seriously mention this in all applicable situations. Hopefully more sensible people would pick this up as a serious alternative to the portrayed “climate denial” presenting this with the human condition on our minds…
Me thinks that when the summers get colder, winters longer and rougher, the oil goes over $200pb, food production shifts a bit toward the equator and the yields decline (as the life-giving gas gets more absorbed into colder oceans), it may be too late to start investing in nuclear power, more sensible transportation and transit and such.
Well, good luck with this now; however, the reign of Donigula will pass…

Hi JaKo,
Took me a few days to remember you were. I agree your comments about future tempertures but you did not clearly explain the cause of the colder temperatures. Mine is: because of the Earth’s precession (about 26 year cycle) our winters will get colder because the Earth-Sun distance will be greater. Human’s weren’t. around when this last occurred.

Hi John,
Yes, CO2 is an essential major food for plants but nitrogen oxides are essential fertilizers for plant growth. And the nitrogen oxides are commonly produced by the lighting of thunderstorms which commonly have brief nighttimes’. I grew up on a midwest farm and for a few years was a farmer as I also attended college studying chemistry. So maybe have practical experiences which you and many others
do not have. In fact I have read that farmers are only about 2% of the world’s population; yet they feed themselves and the rest of the world’s population.

Yes, we ‘Slayers’ of the nonsensical greenhouse gas theory have achieved most success at awakening people to the reality that more CO2 (as plant food) is a positive benefit to life when an increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide increases yield, as proven in horticulture. Too many people, even ‘lukewarmers’ cant get their head around the essential physics that CO2, like all atmospheric gases, never traps heat or delays cooling, but serves to cool the atmosphere
