Saskatchewan issues new COVID rules that let gov’t seize private property

The Canadian province officials may ‘authorize the entry into any building or on any land, without warrant, by any person in the course of implementing an emergency plan.’

A Canadian provincial government enacted Orwellian-like emergency powers in the name of fighting COVID that allow for officials to detain or remove people without a warrant and seize personal property at will.

The government is also afforded the power to “cause the evacuation of persons and the removal of persons or livestock and personal property from any area of Saskatchewan that is or may be affected by an emergency and make arrangements for the adequate care and protection of those persons or livestock and of the personal property.

The new Provincial Emergency Order under The Emergency Planning Act was signed September 13, by Premier Scott Moe. The orders were announced by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health.

According to the ministry of health, the new orders are needed to “provide for health system labour mobility through greater flexibility in scheduling and redirecting health care workers to areas experiencing capacity pressures and in the use of supplementary resources.

The new emergency health powers allow the government to “assume direction and control of the emergency response of a local authority.

They also give the government the power to “acquire or utilize any real or personal property that the minister considers necessary to prevent, combat or alleviate the effects of an emergency.

As part of this order, the government reactivated the terms of a Letter of Understanding with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and a slew of provincial unions, including the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan.

The Letter of Understanding spells out how the government can force the “temporary redeployment of health care employees to meet the anticipated increase in COVID-19 health care needs.

The new orders came about after the government declared a “fourth wave” of COVID-19 spurred by the “Delta variant.

The province with a population of around one million currently says 262 people are in hospital due to COVID-19.

On September 17, Dr. Saqub Shahab, the province’s chief medical health officer, issued a mandatory interim isolation and face-covering order as a stop-gap until the province’s vaccine passport comes into effect in October.

Moe recently said his government was “too patient” with those who have not had the COVID jabs while introducing a vaccine passport.

Moe’s words against the unvaccinated also included a line that, although he never wanted to “implement” a vaccine passport, his “patience has come to an end” with the un-jabbed.

Starting October 1, one must show proof of vaccination or a negative test to eat indoors, go to entertainment venues, attend conferences or large events, or participate in indoor fitness centers.

All Canadian provinces have for a long time had the power to enact such draconian rules, which in effect limit people’s rights in a time of emergency, but using a “health” emergency to do so is unheard of in modern times.

The province of Alberta also recently declared a public emergency under its Public Health ActLike Saskatchewan, the government can enter buildings without a warrant or seize personal property.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney, despite promising his province would be open “for good,” introduced a COVID-19 vaccine passport recently. He has also enacted new rules banningunvaccinatedpeople from gathering in their private homes.

John Carpay, president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), said that by “virtue” of the Kenney government limiting the fully jabbed to “indoor social interactions of no more than 10 people,” the government “acknowledges that vaccinated people are spreaders of viruses.

What evidence does the government rely on for its belief that unvaccinated people are worse spreaders of viruses than vaccinated people?” Carpay said in a statement sent to LifeSiteNews. “Premier Kenney has joined Prime Minister Trudeau in scapegoating, demonizing and vilifying the minority of unvaccinated individuals.

The COVID-19 injections approved for emergency use in Canada, including the Pfizer jab for ages 12 and up, all have connections to cells derived from aborted babies.

All four have also been associated with possible severe side effects such as blood clots, rashes, miscarriages, and even heart attacks in young, healthy men.

The list of FDA-recognized adverse events has grown from severe anaphylactic reactions to include fatal thrombotic events, the inflammatory heart condition myocarditis, and neurologically disabling diseases like Guillain Barré Syndrome.

Meanwhile, the CDC reported a COVID-19 infection survival rate of greater than 99.95% for those under age 50.

It seems Canada is joining Australia in rapidly descending into a dictatorship.

You’ll own nothing, (because we’re going to confiscate what you have), and you’ll be happy, (because we’re going to mind control you).

People of SK, do not despair; you’re not alone in this uphill battle!
See, in Ontario, Waffen Big Pharma, aka CBC published a “very balanced” article about a poor, “incompetent” doctor. And the icing on the cake: please do read the “comments section.”
    Aren’t we beyond hope?
    Cheers, JaKo

I am a resident of Saskatchewan. This is a portion of The Emergency Planning Act which was created in 1989/90 with a few amendments since. They are referring to only Part 18 and 18.1 of that act. Those points that are being referred to would also include emergencies such as floods, fires, extreme weather and the such. It not specific to this pandemic but a broad range of potential emergencies. Although this could be alarming, the reality is that life goes on as usual. I didn’t know there was a state of emergency declared until maybe October 13th and only found out by chance on the internet. No one I know had any idea there was a state of emergency declared. Appreciate your support but wanted you all to know it isn’t as dire as it sounds.

Also a resident of SK… I recognize when my Life and Liberties are being threatened, and I AM ALARMED! The military has taken over the 5 Extendicare facilities because the govt. forced the unjabbed nurses and support workers out of hospitals and health care facilities and removed doctors from practice. Presently they are at a Reserve on the SK / NWT border hunting down mothers and children who have taken to the woods to avoid the experimental drug. Black Lake Reserve. This smacks of Residential School atrocities and the Japanese Canadians forced into Internment Camps here in Canada in the 1940s!

Ummmm. I highly doubt you’re from Saskatchewan. The Saskatchewan Health Authority took over management of the Extendicare facilities because of Extendicare mismanagement. The military is not involved. As well the military is not hunting native families in the bush in northern Saskatchewan. What reserve is that anyhow? My spouse is First Nations – you know treaty Indian. I have family and friends from a variety of reserves. There is an outbreak on one friend’s reserve and you know what the military isn’t hunting down people on that reserve. And the chief of that reserve is anti-vaxxer too. Many people on that reserve are anti-vaxxer. There is no mandate on any reserve to round up and vaccinate First Nations individuals. Oh yeah, and another friend was at my place from Ontario last week and there is no round up on her reserve either. And she’s an anti-vaxxer. You’re full of crap. Tell the truth – that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Here is an article from APTN – the Aboriginal People’s Television Network. You know, news put out by First Nations people. It denounces what you’ve said.
Here’s some of what the article says:

A Saskatchewan First Nation is denouncing a video that circulated online on Monday claiming that the military was in the community vaccinating people for COVID-19 against their will.

Black Lake, a Denesuline First Nation, located 1,025 km north of Saskatoon, says on Monday, a video circulated online of a man and two women making the claim and that women and children were hiding in the bush.

Black Lake chief and council have since released a statement stating the video is false and “careless.”

“Forced vaccination is not part of the Black Lake First Nation COVID-19 strategy. Black Lake First Nation strongly supports the personal choice and freedom to choose to be vaccinated or remain unvaccinated,” the statement from the band reads.

“The video is not representative of the vaccination efforts in Black Lake first Nation, Saskatchewan.”

The First Nation further asks for concerned citizens to refrain from contacting the band about the video as they are “exhausting its resources.”

The Athabasca Health Authority (AHA), which provides health services to Black Lake, likewise released a statement that the claims in the video are false and that COVID-19 vaccinations in the community are increasing by the day.

It states that as of Oct. 15 there are no active cases of COVID-19 in Black Lake or the AHA region.

The man in the video as well as the person responsible for its circulation is Pat King, who claims to be an investigative journalist on his Facebook page.

King has since released another video apologizing for not properly vetting the information in the video.
