There are people around who believe that if we all wear masks, obey the social distancing laws and become true slaves to the system, then everything will be back to normal by Christmas at the latest.

In the last 24 hours I have read, and been dismayed by, three articles by writers who believe that if we all behave properly, and do exactly as we are told to do, the coronavirus will slink off and all will be well with everyone back at work, the economy beginning to boom and the world well on its way to a recovery.

Never let a good crisis go to waste. This must surely be the motto of the peddlers of biometric tagging so governments can track your every move. Chris Burt over at www.biometricupdate.com explains why he and his ilk are licking their lips as techno-fascism descends upon the world:

How can an electric car be called “Green” when it contains more than 700 pounds of plastic??  Electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers are using more plastic to lower the weight of the car due to the massive battery used, weighing more than 1,000 pounds.  Unfortunately, plastic is still made from petrochemicals, the so-called “Dirty Fossil-fuel Industry.”

No…climate alarm political pseudoscience never had anything to do with setting up an insane totalitarian control system monitoring and regulating all “carbon activity” on the planet.

Last week I blogged about I.G. Farbensanto’s latest gimmick to avoid legal entanglements when it (Bayer) bought out Mon(ster)santo, to become I.G. Farbensanto. I won’t go into the latest gimmick all over again. Rather, there’s something else coming down the pike that M.W. spotted and shared(and again, thank you!), and it’s such a whopper doozie I have to pass it along.

Over the last several months, the battle lines regarding COVID19 have been drawn around the concept of masking. Wearing a mask has become a symbol of staying together, of “doing something” to protect someone from getting sick with this generally mild infection.

The dumpster fire of COVID predictions has shown exactly why it’s important to sustain and nurture skeptics, lest we blunder into scientific monoculture and groupthink. And yet the explosion of “cancel culture” intolerance of any opinion that doesn’t fit a shrinking “3 x 5 card” of right-think risks destroying the very tolerance and science that sustains our civilization.
