Matt Hancock’s Plan To Frighten The British Public Into Covid Compliance

“When do we deploy the next variant? We frighten the pants of everyone.” These are the exact words of former Secretary of State for Health and Social Care of the United Kingdom, Matt Hancock.

He was communicating with Damon Poole, Department of Health Media Special Adviser.

Hancock texted Poole how they would “frighten the pants off of everyone with the new strain”, to which Poole replied:

“Yep that’s what will get proper behavior change”.

“When do we deploy the new variant” asked Hancock, but Poole was careful:

“Been thinking more about this and think we need to be more cautious”. “Worth doing a bit about no leaking at the top I think”.

When do we deploy the new variant? This means there was no ‘new variant’. It was a complete fabrication.

One week after this communication within the UK government the new variant was indeed deployed, to “frighten the pants off of everyone” and “get proper behavior change.”

The Telegraph obtained more than 100,000 WhatsApp messages sent between ministers, officials and others. They are released to the public as The Lockdown Files.

These messages show how governments use scare tactics to force compliance and push through lockdowns. 

That was previously revealed by Brian Gerrish, an investigative journalist and senior editor of the UK Column.

On February 5, 2022 he testified before a Grand Jury, along with one of his expert researchers, Debbie Evans, who was a government advisor at the Department of Health in the UK.

They revealed documents that show how governments are using applied psychology and hypnosis to create fear and anxiety in the population, with the goal of changing their behavior.

In a government document called “SAGE / SPI_B Covid Team Minutes” we read the following paragraph:

2. Perceived threat: A substantial number of people still do not feel personally threatened; (…)

The perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased among those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging. 

In other words, the fearmongering needs to be ramped up, in order to convince the population to comply with all the government tyranny.

This was confirmed by a leaked video recording of the Zoom meeting of an African government official, who told his staff:

“We must ramp up the covid deaths in order to prolong the lockdowns.”

This leaked footage can be seen in the documentary “BUSTED – Media Crimes Exposed“.

In that video you can also see a technical director of CNN admit to an undercover journalist from Project Veritas, that they deliberately display covid deaths to create fear in the population.

Simon Case, the UK Cabinet Secretary, wrote to Matt Hancock that “the fear/ guilt factor” was “vital” in “ramping up the messaging” during the third national lockdown in Jan 2021.

During the pandemic, the British Government was accused of scaremongering but it was denied, with Mr Hancock’s department saying such accusations were “misleading”.

Psychologists have already warned that Government messaging during Covid, including using alleged “fear tactics” in poster and health campaigns, were “grossly unethical” and that inflated fear levels contributed to excess non-Covid deaths and increased anxiety disorders.

The exchange was not the only time the former health secretary and other senior officials discussed tactics to frighten the public into compliance.

In response to a text message from Hancock, UK Cabinet Secretary Simon Case wrote:

“I agree – I think that is exactly right. Small stuff looks ridiculous.  Ramping up messaging – the fear/guilt factor vital.”

The Cabinet Secretary then suggested the reopening of a Nightingale hospital in London – used as an overflow facility for non-Covid patients – would be a “big public moment”.

In reality, only a handful of patients were ever admitted. Case also suggested imposing more mask wearing to further increase fear among the public.

“More mask-wearing might be the only thing to consider. Effectively free and has a very visible impact? Wear masks in all settings outside home and in more workplaces?”

In Brazil many fake hospitals were erected, and then shown on television, to create the illusion of countless sick covid patients, while in reality nobody was in these hospitals.

People around the world went to their own local hospitals, to film how the covid wards were empty, and revealed this on the internet.

This exposed the claim that all hospitals were packed with dying people as a blatant lie, used to scare the populations into obedience.

Physicians worldwide testified how they were ordered by governments to label every single patient as covid, even if their health issues were entirely unrelated.

Every fever, headache, chill, or ache, was registered as covid. Also every normal cold, flu, bronchitis was suddenly “covid”, even as every heart disease, stroke, broken bones or car accidents were all registered as covid.

Funeral directors testified how they saw that every single corpse was registered as covid, although they knew they died from other causes.

Hospitals received enormous financial incentives to label every patient as covid, which resulted in dangerous mistreating of these patients, who died as a result, for which the hospitals received additional financial rewards, in the tens of thousands of dollars per patient.

Hundreds of organizations, listed in the World Freedom Directory, have been warning humanity for years that the pandemic is an orchestrated operation, with the purpose of establishing severe systems of surveillance and control onto the world population.

There is for example the public admission by a Dutch government virologist Marion Koopmans, who said on Dutch national television that the World Health Organization has a ten year plan for multiple pandemics, from 2020 to 2030.  She said covid was just the first pandemic.

Bill Gates has repeatedly announced the second pandemic, and the World Health Organization has been calling the world to be ready for it.

They tried creating other pandemics with Monkey Pox, and Marburg but these attempts were unsuccessful.

Last February 27th, 194 governments voted to surrender their nations to the WHO, who will become an effective one world government, through the Pandemic Treaty, with the next pandemic.

The WHO is not a democratically elected organization, but is entirely owned and controlled by private entities such as Bill Gates, who effectively becomes a world dictator whenever the WHO announces a new pandemic.

Whatever the WHO, aka Bill Gates, says, the governments of all the nations in the world, will have to obey unquestioningly.

The WHO has the ability to proclaim a pandemic at will, using any fraudulent diagnostic. In order to proclaim the covid pandemic, they used the PCR test, of which its inventor Kary Mullis had specifically warned it should not be used to determine if anyone is sick or infected, because that’s not what this test can do.

Scientists worldwide have been saying that the PCR test creates up to 94 percent false positives, and is the most unreliable diagnostic tool ever to be used in medical history.

Hundreds of millions of healthy people, with no symptoms whatsoever, were labeled “‘covid cases”, through this faulty test, which was then used to tell the world there is a “pandemic”.
