Since our atomic structures are made of light, we can utilize light in conjunction with combination therapies to facilitate greater levels of health and wellbeing. In fact, our cells can use electricity, light, and sound as energy sources.

“Ramtha the Enlightened One”
I realize this will fall on deaf ears and be refuted by those claiming it, but that is expected and I’ll still say it.
To be enlightened, in any tradition that claims it, is a mortal construct of a limited mind. It is purely of the mental, a sense of superiority. You will surely feel certain ‘things’, but don’t wish yourself into a dead end.

Krishnamurti describes energy and thought, while I see it differently. Even so, he is the only one I’ve come across that makes sense on the matter, to me anyway..
The true meaning of ‘enlightenment’, though that hardly describes it, is to be the Divine child born of a virgin, crucified, and made Divine before the truth can be seen. This child is selfless. In Tarot, it is the fool card, the one who has no number, the beginning and the end. Born of the Holy Spirit, the Feminine, Shakti in Hindu terms. The Virgin Mother who requires no Father to conceive. Sound familiar?
The Holy Spirit does not draw attention, and the working is of humility. Therefore, no person in this state, would actually claim it.
No, it is not meant in terms of gender, and is unattainable to a Mortal whether a so called spiritual guru is involved or not. Know anybody who died on the cross lately? You can take that any way it works for you, but the end result is the same. That is, death, but what sort of death….
There is only one light, yet it is sounds that are effective. Problem is, the ‘devices’ these sounds impinge on cannot be understood by Mortals either, though the effects are clearly felt.
