Is U.S. in Weather Modification War with ‘Satanic’ Deep State?

A new type of super weapon — weather control to inflict catastrophic damage and loss of life – is likely real. But is this mega-bomb being deployed today in a stealth war between the US and the ‘Deep State’?

The full force of Mother Nature has for a week been hurling misery at millions in China (Typhoon Mangkhut) and the United States (Hurricane Florence). Suspicions are growing that these events are directly linked to other recent mysterious events involving key CIA spy satellites and six space observatories – all suddenly and inexplicably shut down.

Some fear that a weather bomb attack (or similar) is set to occur on or around the scheduled FEMA test on Thursday 20, September 2018 – part of the Emergency Alert System (EAS).

Conspiracy theory, LARP or worrisome fact – the epicenter of discussion of the threatened global storm is  ‘QAnon’ – now going viral on the internet. We covered this emerging story (August 31, 2018) and posted follow up analysis from our own independent scientists (Sept 2, 2018).

Lately, ‘Q’ (allegedly, US military intelligence) revealed that half a dozen key CIA spy satellites (specifically, the CIA’s ‘Snow White’ super computers) were ‘taken out’ to disable global communications between ‘bad actors’ striving to assassinate US President, Donald Trump [1]

According to ‘QAnon’ a loyal US military acted as part of a carefully-planned clean-up operation against an out-of-control and corrupt element within the intelligence community. If ‘Q’ is to be believed, treasonous ‘black hat’ soldiers are fighting for a satanic ‘Deep State’ elite intent on deposing President Trump to form a one world government (search: https://qmap.pub/).

Now, sensible folk are likely to take all this with a pinch of salt. So, let’s examine some of the back story and available facts:

Physicist Dr. Michio Kaku Admits Government Weather Control on CBS News:

Generals within the Air Force have discussed the possibility that a Space Force could be required in the future. Recently, President Trump has signaled his approval and directed the military to begin work on the project (March 13, 2018).

Quite plausibly, Trump’s Administration is concerned over what U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen warned about in his statement  on April 28, 1997:

“Others, terrorists are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our counter-terrorism efforts.”

Defense Secretary Cohen’s red flag was genuine – science fiction has become fact as proven by other declassified documents – future battlefields will likely be manipulated by the tactical application of geoengineering.

Clearly, US politicians were so concerned that a House of Representative bill known as the H.R.2977 “Space Preservation Act” was proposed in 2001 to try to ban them.

This nightmarish scenario had grown since 1947 when the U.S. government first attempted to influence large storms. At that time Project Cirrus was a hurricane modification collaboration between General Electric, the U.S. Army, the Office of Naval Research, and the U.S. Air Force.

Russia acquired this same devastating potential at least before 1992. Back then the Wall Street Journal reported that the Russian company Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc., even had weather control equipment for sale to the highest bidder, and used the advertising slogan, “weather made to order.”

Famously, China used weather manipulation to prevent rain from pouring on the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. A helpful online summary of the history can be found here.

Now, let’s consider those recent events touched on above:

Speculation within the fast-growing online ‘QAnon’ community is that Hurricane Florence was intended as a deep state weather modification attack (search Youtube channels).

A connection was made with a bizarre occurrence involving the sudden and unexplained shutdown of six space observatories last week. ‘QAnon’ has warned citizens to be prepared for the coming of the ‘MOAB’ (Mother of All Bombs) as per the message below:

The possible ‘MOAB’ attack is being linked by ‘QAnon’ with the test on Thursday 20, September 2018 of the Emergency Alert System (EAS).

Is US military intelligence thus signalling an impending possible attack against America on or around this day?

Of course, if nothing materializes ‘Q’ followers will say any such ‘attack’ has been thwarted.

The FEMA test has long been planned – an emergency test message from the president will be sent out on millions of citizen’s mobile phones. The EAS is jointly coordinated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in anticipation of large-scale disasters.

What we do know is that Hurricane Florence is real, weather modification attacks are plausible and any such event(s) may be linked with the take down of those CIA satellites and the 6 Solar Observatories  – in Australia, Chile, Spain, Hawaii (2), and the Solar Observatory in New Mexico. The facilities affected are:

• AXIS 232D Network Dome Camera located in Sydney Australia
• Webcams located at SOAR Observatory – The Southern Astrophysical Research Telescope located in Chile
• BRT Tenerife Telescope Webcam located in Spain
• Webcam located at Mauna Kea observatory at the University of Hawaii Hilo
• Webcam from the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope observatory in Hawaii
• Webcam at JAT Observatory in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania

With no official sources confirming or denying these rumors, we can see three possibilities:

(1): the NM Solar Observatory (and 5 others) have been used in a coordinated array by the ‘Deep State’ (global elite) to resume their communications capability lost when the CIA satellites were taken offline.

Or:

(2): Hurricane Florence was created and/or weather-modified via a HAARP array of those 6 observatories; thereafter, it began to weaken from a category 5 to a tropical storm after those ‘space observatories’ were raided by authorities.

Or:

(3) We have a conspiracy theory, LARP on steroids!

Today, it was reported that Florence has slowed and losing power (see NOAA image).

One of the more interesting analysts on this intriguing story is Clyde Lewis. He writes ‘HAMMER & SMACC – Weaponizing Nature’s Fury’ (Sept, 13, 2018):

“Welcome to the cloak and dagger world of weather warfare. Before the revelations of HAMMER and SMACC and their harnessing of solar energy for weather warfare, I was aware that the Large Hadron Collider at CERN had a side project called, S.A.T.A.N.

SATAN was an acronym for the Solar Axion Telescopic Antenna. It is believed that CERN used the SATAN antenna to create quantum Vortex experiments using solar axions.”

Lewis explains:

“Axions are hypothetical particles that are components of dark matter. In order to find these axions, CERN proposed the use of magnets and the SATAN antenna array. Their goal was to open portals in order to form quantum conduits that bent space-time.”

Coincidentally, CERN has sought to temper conspiracy theories but in doing so have merely added more fuel to the fire. In ‘CERN Officially Distances Itself From Satan’ (April 5, 2016)

Arden Dier of Newser reports:

“When CERN’s Large Hadron Collider is fired up again at the end of April, physicists won’t just be testing for unknown particles. They’ll also be testing a new FAQ page, and it’s an unusual one that distances CERN from demons and Satan….An editorial in Michigan’s Daily Reporter in September noted CERN “could easily and suddenly, without warning, destroy our universe.” A few pointed out that CERN’s logo included the 666 sign of the Antichrist. “

Public concern over these eerie coincidences grew so large that “It got to the point where there really needed to be some intervention,” says CERN’s social media rep.

The enormous Large Hardron Collider (above) at CERN occupies 17 miles of tunnel. Britain’s Daily Express (June 29, 2016) reported on the weird cloud formations visible over the facility:

“CERN, of course, denies trying to change our weather, but it has carried out experiments to create artificial clouds to better understand global warming, which fuels the conspiracies.”

It was rumored that some of the projects have yielded evidence of eddies in the oceans that have been nicknamed aquatic black holes and also solar columns that have in some cases manipulated the weather.

If ‘QAnon’ is truly US military then they are most certainly seeing a strong connection with Satanic beliefs. Simply enter ‘Satan’ into the search field of the ‘QAnon’ website to find many examples (https://qmap.pub/)

The take home message from ‘Q’ is that the ‘Deep State’ is a satanic cult deeply mired in evil practices, including pedophilia, child sacrifice and cannibalism – all linked to ‘Epstein island’, the Clinton Foundation and the Vatican.

Clyde Lewis goes on to say:

“I received a number of documents about Project Stormfury and the High Altitude Meteorological Manipulation Energy Research (HAMMER) project and its ties to HAARP the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. There was also a separate program that was also used for weather warfare called the Solar Magnetic Amplification and Causative Configurator or SMACC.”

The HAARP Project was formed in 1993 and expanded until 2008. It was Classified as an Ionospheric heater used to officially track submarines and communicate with them and unofficially control the weather.”

“Activity was so promising and disturbing with HAARP that DARPA/USAF found it necessary to ‘appear’ to dump it for a lack of success. In 2013 the University of Alaska in Fairbanks was ‘bestowed’ with the project. However, the NAVY is using HAARP as the primary transmitting site for Scalar and other waveform transmissions. Mysteriously, the NAVY has received ‘grant funding’ sufficient to complete an expansion of antenna surface and hardware of over 40{154653b9ea5f83bbbf00f55de12e21cba2da5b4b158a426ee0e27ae0c1b44117} over the next two years.”

So, conspiracy theory, LARP, or beginning of the end of the devil-worshipping ‘Deep State’? Who knows?
