If You Are Covid Vaxxed, You are in a Government Database

Just like with anything else, you learn a lot when you read the small print.

I was recently doing some research on Michigan’s Vaccine Lottery called “MI Shot to Win” Sweepstakes where people who got the COVID-19 vaccination on December 1, 2020 or later could be entered into the contest.

At the end of the rules that I found online, their document said that “vaccination status must be reported to the state of Michigan” and that the information would be verified against the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) database.

I had not ever heard of this database so I looked it up. Apparently it was created in 1998 to keep track of the immunizations of children for the purposes of being allowed to start school. However, in 2006, a change to the Michigan Health Code, allowed the database to become a “lifespan registry” to include people of all ages.

So this information led me to look into other states. Yep, sure enough, every state I looked into had some sort of vaccine database keeping information on everyone.

Then I thought….hm….who is sending my vaccine information to them without my knowledge?

Since a large number of us have gotten the vaccines from our pharmacies, yep, that was the perfect place to look into – Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

I remember signing a form asking a lot of questions before I was vaccinated and because I can’t read four point type on a form, I didn’t read the bottom sentences to see what I was agreeing too.

That was a mistake.

I downloaded an “Informed Consent for Vaccination” form from the Walgreens website and the bottom information said that by signing for consent form I was agreeing to let the provider give my vaccination info. to the State Registry or “or any state or federal government agencies or authorities…

So… the feds tell us that THEY don’t have a registry (which I don’t personally believe) but this paragraph allows them to receive the information.

It also says that the provider can also send off my information to any other “government agencies including state, country or local Departments of Health or the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or their respective designees as may be required by law, for purposes of health reporting…

How scary is that?

So yep, your COVID-19 vaccination information is going everywhere to any governmental agency that wants it.

It’s how they will, in the future, try to require vaccine “passports” whether it’s done at a state or federal level. They already have the info.

Luckily, there IS a sentence that says that depending on my state’s law, I can “opt-out” of this registry by using an opt-out form furnished by a provider.

But nobody knows about this. So how many of us opted out? Not many is my guess. And how many of us read the small paragraphs at the bottom of the forms that we sign? Once again, not many is my guess.

Other way I discovered that state vaccination databases exist was by reading the Cape Cod study that the CDC is using to try to re-mask everyone.

At the bottom of that study, it said that the data of those who contracted COVID-19 were compared against the state’s immunization registry.

So the state turned over the personal records of people who got vaccines to all of the doctors who participated in the Cape Cod study and then the federal government (CDC) published and used this information to create a health policy.

Isn’t THAT convenient.

Well, shucks, what’s to stop them from sending the local health police to your door with a syringe of the vaccine?

Nothing.

If you use a smart phone or tablet from Apple or Google Android, you are in the government data base. If you use a computer from Apple, Microsoft or use Google services, you are in the government data base. You might escape if you go all Linux or some other open source method of using the Internet or your phone.

You privacy and Constitutional rights to such are now extinct and extremely abused.

      Hi Tom,
If you have the know-how, you can defend against far more than any linux can, even when using windows. The answer is granularity in security setup options, (as well as quite a lot of inconvenience in maintaining that) which Linux does not offer with It’s own tools as far as I know.
In order to use Linux and feel as in control, and secure, as I currently do, I would need to import several programs and working practices into Linux.

Win 10 Is particularly bad, but blocking all the tracking and other nefarious activities the “OS” forces on users Is easily dealt with, If you know how. The fact micro$oft actively try to sidestep such measures shows you just how important that data Is to them.

I use google services when It suits me. I allow connections to google’s servers when I want It to occur. I know I’m still giving them something when I do, but It’s a compromise I accept at the time, a time which Is of my choosing, not theirs.

I have not yet been “assimilated”. I view a phone as just a phone. I consider phones a bind for anything other than basic use, though I don’t doubt many will disagree.
I have a few handy programs installed, but rarely enable the WiFi. One can allways use available privacy apps and such, but ultimately, at least google have got you because the underlying OS is theirs.
