How To Take Back Health Control From Big Pharma

Add this text to the above video – My latest podcast episode is a powerful conversation with Dr. Marty Makary, where we dive deep into the hidden flaws of modern medicine.

Dr. Makary reveals how a small group of medical authorities hold most of the decision-making power, often pushing medications over holistic, lifestyle-based approaches — and the result?

We’ve become the most medicated generation in history. He passionately advocates for a major shift, from prescribing pills to offering solutions like cooking classes for diabetes management.

And he explains why we need to pay serious attention to the microbiome’s role in conditions like autism and learning disabilities.

In this episode, we also take on the medical establishment’s failure to adapt, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and discuss why it’s critical to challenge the status quo.

Don’t miss this eye-opening conversation — it’s all about rethinking healthcare, embracing new ideas, and putting your health back in your own hands!

    Doctors don’t make you healthy.
    Teachers don’t make you learn.
    Trainers don’t make you fit.
    Coaches don’t make you rich.
At some point you have to understand this life is 100% your responsibility,

Big pharma can never be trusted even if it was burnt to the ground.

I watched the video for a few minutes and got frustrated and bored. This is another video of the recent fad about the past wrong restrictions on using cholesterol/fat, which is now considered good.

The reason for my frustration is the comments he made:

(@0:35) “If we use good scientific studies, then we shine as a profession …”
(@12:53) “When you’re a scientist like myself, we do lots of research on my team at John Hopkins …”
But he is educated and trained as a physician with an M.D. degree, not a scientist (https://bioanalyticx.com/science-facts-to-know/, https://bioanalyticx.com/should-you-accept-physicians-medical-experts-advice/, https://bioanalyticx.com/physcians-science-vs-actual-science/, and more). I can clearly see that most of his comments are not based on (lab-based or experimental) science but opinions with descriptors, such as “maybe,” “possibly,” and “potentially.” The rest is for you to judge for yourself. I could not continue for another hour.
