Frequency 2: Auditory Effects 40 Hz, Solfeggio, Wound Healing and More

In this video, we continue to look at auditory frequencies and their physiological and psychological effects. We see that 40 Hz impacts auditory processing.

We look at the so called Solfeggio frequencies but see that they have limited, though some scientific evidence supporting them. Finally we look at frequencies that are used to enhance wound healing, increased puzzle solving capability, decrease HR, respiratory rate and decreased blood pressure.

These lectures seek to establish that frequencies on such a low level as sound can at least accomplish physiological effects. Eventually when these lectures progress to light and electromagnetic fields it is going to become clear how complex and varied human being’s responses can be to these things.

Solfeggio 528 is known as “the love frequency”, and is the only one that ever did anything to me, and showed as a feeling behind the upper nose, possibly the pituitary.
I do not see the solfeggio frequencies as healing, or particularly beneficial.

40 Hz, what can I say, annoying maybe? It appears to be the same self belief idea that, ” listening to this will make me concentrate” – So it does, but it’s you that is the power behind it, the sound is a trigger. Personally, the soft voices of ASMR do more for me.
