FDA Invokes ‘Sovereign Immunity’ for Misleading Ivermectin Statements

The reason that the captured FDA along with their partners-in-crime the CDC, WHO, UN, WEF, CFR, DoD, Pentagon, CIA, the illegitimate Federal government, Rockefeller and Gates “nonprofits,” et al. have targeted Ivermectin is threefold:
it is exceptionally effective as an early C-19 treatment,
mass administration would have resulted in plummeting global (turbo) cancer rates,
and this wonder drug attenuates and reverses the slow kill bioweapon DEATHVAX™ damage.
A landmark lawsuit filed against the FDA by doctors Mary Talley Bowden, Paul Marik, and Robert Apter was heard in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday. Part of this lawsuit against the FDA was specific to fraudulent and illicit claims made by the agency against Ivermectin.
Basically, the FDA lawyer is now making mendacious claims that it did not prevent doctors from prescribing off-label Ivermectin, and yet they put tremendous pressure on the entire medical establishment and pharmacists to under no circumstances prescribe this drug.
The FDA even tweeted their bizarrely-worded propaganda to put further pressure on doctors, illegally subverted with the Hippocratic Oath in plain sight, and were harming those they claim to protect with their social media posts:
After decades of committing various fraud on behalf of their BigPharma owners, the FDA’s true reason for existing was fully revealed during PSYOP-19. And now the FDA’s lawyer is most conveniently invoking ‘Sovereign Immunity:’
If the FDA is legally (under color of law, and certainly not constitutionally) granted the right to offer general, more at sweeping, medical advice, then how would that not interfere with the doctor patient relationship?
In other words, there is no room for an unconstitutional Federal government agency to meddle in the intimate and individualized practice of doctoring.
Of course, the FDA always knew that it’s statements were outright lies. Lies, mind you, that cost lives; in fact, the FDA’s guidance was in no small part the actual driver of the “pandemic” in democidal hospital protocols, murderous nursing home policies, and subversion of early treatments like Ivermectin.
The statements were anything but partially misleading. They deliberately lied in order to push the wholly unsafe and grossly ineffective slow kill bioweapon injections on behalf of their One World Government handlers.
But it gets worse, way worse:

Still trying to make Ivermectin into something it isn’t. They’ve been attempting to get people to fight for it for 3 years, and that’s a red flag.
Covid’s fake, you don’t need anything. Additionally, Ivermectin only purports to help alleviate risk. Asymptomatic fake covid has a 99.5% survival rate, so idiots using Ivermectin are mitigating a whopping 0.4-0.5% risk, while taking on whatever characteristics Ivermectin really does to them.
One of their favorite tricks is to attack the things and people they want you to fall for. South Park even described it in one of their internet trolling episodes. They do it with politicians frequently. By making the fake attack, a subconscious “choice” is presented to the mindless sheep, who invariably pick a side. This is irregardless of any analysis or rational thought, just simply making the choice that was presented to them.
They’re doing the same thing with Ivermectin. They constantly attack this garbage medicine so that sheep will fight to have it. No one ever cares about Ivermectin stories, but they’re still pushed as if its a hot topic.

In 2021 I contracted seriously life threatening pneumonia ( never jabbed since I survived the pathogen in 2020 ).

Not sure why you were ill, but I bet you could’ve avoided it by protecting yourself from your environment. Hardly any of us do.
I compiled a short pdf including research from 47 studies. They were all in EMF, Aluminum and Glysophates.
I came up with an all natural regimen, and its a difference you can feel.
Citicoline 250-500mg/1 or 2x/dy
Vitamin D3 50,000iu/wk
Super Oxide Dismutase mornings
Catalase 10,000iu afternoons
Bodybuilding vitamin 1/2 morning 1/2 evening

The debate or promotion is not about ivermectin but promoting and selling expertise so that experts (including at FDA) gain their lost trust and expertise. Unfortunately, it may be too late. Some are promoting ivermectin; others are different ones, including so-called anti-virals.
It is not about science or health but about covering up the lies of many decades, particularly the past three years.
The facts remain that there was/is no virus; no one followed the science, and medical/pharmaceutical expertise is not based on science. The flawed thinking must be corrected, not by prescribing chemicals (medicine) to the innocent public, but by educating the experts about actual science.

You are probably reading from virology/immunology, which is thoroughly debunked as fake science, at least in my books. These subjects hate chemical science/chemistry, which you are referring to. Otherwise, they would have sought help from chemists in isolating and characterizing THE “alien” and the relevant antibodies.
I do not accept their computer-drawn cartoon-based science or concepts. I am sorry.

I have no idea whose definition I had copied and pasted. So I went to my my Websters that I assigned for my university English composition class in 1959 after vaccines for polio had brought this disease under control.

Agglutinins, antitoxins, precipitins, etc. are antibodies.
When I submitted the the 2nd comment I was unaware that comment of only the definition to which you respond had been submitted. You make no reference to the spin full of dirt which was purpose of my comment. Now, as I consider your comment and the two definitions, I consider the phrase of the first–which the body recognizes as alien–is a possible reason for the spoon full of dirt.
So I reason that the dirt produces many, many antotoxins. However, I cannot explain how it is that the dirt doe not cause an illness when the child eats it.

The eating of dirt with it’s bacteria stimulates the immune system through peyers patches.

I am unclear about your post as to what you are describing or asking a response for?
The only thing I consider here to respond is “after vaccines for polio had brought this disease under control.” This must also be from virology/immunology books, NOT from science.
As far as I know, polio is claimed to be caused by a virus. However, no one has shown the existence of that virus either. So, please, let me know, did they isolated and characterized the virus: no isolate, please, the virus (isolated and purified).
Virologists’ narrative is that a virus causes polio and gets treated with a vaccine. However, they cannot show the virus, so rest becomes imagination or an illusion.

It appears Dr. Saeed is saying there is no such thing as a virus causing the common cold, influenza, and the fact that the illness described as covid 19 had cardio vascular symptoms as well as influenza type respiratory symptoms , but offers no viable explanation for these health issues.
In science if you wish to debunk something, you should offer a viable alternative hypothesis.
A good pathologist with an electron microscope and expertise in histo-immuno-chemistry can come up with fairly solid hypotheses.

Most research on the PDO is based around North West USA ocean influences but it is the only viable explanation for the current reduction of area of Antarctic sea ice extent.
The other factor is the recent Tonga eruption that simply blew one heck of a lot of geo-thermal heat into the atmosphere along with water vapor and particular matter that has nucleated a lot of water vapor into rain events.
Climate is more uncertain than having five wives.

Let me explain this as follows.
Suppose the Crown arrests someone with a claim to be the murderer. The court later decides that there is a lack of evidence that the suspect is a murderer and frees the suspect. However, in your analogy, the Crown should say, sorry, your honor, the suspect has to be punished. Otherwise, the court has to provide an alternative murderer. Sorry, what kind of logic is it, MatthH?
The argument is that scientifically it has not been shown or proven that there exists a virus. That is it. Defining illness or linking it to something is a separate issue and has to be considered in its merit.
Secondly, regarding your reference to science, medical and pharmaceutical experts, particularly physicians/pharmacists, describe most of the virus-related stuff. However, if one looks at this aspect in detail, one would find that these professionals do not study and are trained in science. There are trained in prescribing and dispensing medicines, not in the science of chemicals/medicines. Hence claiming that they practice science is an invalid claim.

I am sorry you have not followed my question and view.
Let me explain it again. In your comment, you noted, “5. Coronavirus particles contain two prominent proteins: spike (S) and nucleocapsid (N),” and that is my question, who isolated those coronavirus particles?
The commonly accepted meaning of the word isolated is that component of interest (virus particles) be separated from other components in the sample. The end result of an isolation step is to have the pure isolated substance (in this case, virus particles). That is the issue; no one has isolated virus particles.
Certainly, people show pictures. However, that does not establish the presence or existence of particles of interest or the virus. These (separated) particles must be available in a test tube or vial.
Further, establishing the link of proteins you mentioned, they (proteins) must be extracted after isolating the virus particles and FROM the virus particles. No such study has been reported.
Therefore, claiming that the virus exists, has been isolated, and contains the proteins is scientifically invalid and should strongly and actively be challenged.
As I noted previously, the alternative hypothesis is not of discussion. I am sorry, I am not presenting a, or alternative hypothesis.
My focus and question are, as claimed, virus particles exist, so where to obtain the isolated virus particles or people who are studying the virus from where obtained the virus particles?
Please provide a link or reference for that.
The link must be for the isolated virus (and its proteins and RNAs), not for the isolates.

Hi MattH,
Jordan B. Peterson and Richard Lindzen had a long dialogue (interview, conversation) (1/5/2023) about the GHE etc. And Lindzen introduced the fact that scientists have used physical models to better explain natural phenomenon as he referred to the current use of computer models to explain (understand) weather.
Herb and I had a long discussion about “the recent Tonga eruption” and I was disappointed that you did not join it. Maybe you were out fishing.
Someone has liken this very, very violent and unique eruption to a water cannon. And I believe that is a very good physical model. For when the first plug (the projectile) broke through the ocean surface it had to have the velocity necessary to reach the highest altitude reached. And this extreme altitude is what makes this eruption unique.
I stop here to allow you and others to comment about these simple four lines.

A water canon is a good analogy, as long, as the direct heat, silica particulate’s and other particulates, and gasses are acknowledged as well.
Ir will be two years this coming January. Some of the more severe consequences should start alleviating by then.

In the beginning the carbon dioxide, the molten lava, the liquid water had the density of dry ice, liquid water, and solid dust (dirt. molten lave). Yes, the compressed carbon dioxide molecules would expand very rapidly because they all were repelling each other creating the explosive force against anything that could be moved upward with an accelerated motion until this accelerated liquid and solid matter moving cleared the end of the solid cannon barrel. Consider the inertia of all the solid and liquid matter that isn”t moving with that which is moving and motion is being accelerated by the explosive expansion of the condensed carbon dioxide matter. Nothing is instantaneous! Even an explosion.

Before the clot-shot was imposed on the population there were a number of credible medical practitioners describing an influenza type illness that included cardio vascular complications and hypoxia.
Curiously, people given early treatment including ivermectin had a much better chance of not dying from these symptoms.
