Dr Timothy Ball, Climatologist RIP

World-renowned Canadian climatologist, Dr Tim Ball, 83, who was a leading skeptic of the ‘catastrophic’ man-made warming narrative has died peacefully while at home with family members in British Columbia.

Dr Ball, who was one of the co-founders of Principia Scientific International had won an astonishing legal victory in 2019 defending a multi-million-dollar libel suit filed against him by notorious climate alarmist, Dr Michael E Mann. Despite the court awarding damages to Ball estimated to be in access of millions, the dishonarable Mann never paid a dime.

The following announcement of the passing of one of the greatest climate skeptics of our day was made by Tim’s son, David, who shared with us the following:

At Tim’s request there will be no public service.
Our family will gather privately to celebrate Tim’s life together in the beautiful home he built with his wife, at the table that we had the blessing to have shared many meals together. One of Tim’s great joys was sitting back to watch his family talk, laugh & enjoy each others company. We will raise our glasses to toast the incredible man we all deeply love.
In Lieu of flowers or gifts the family requests that you join them in raising a glass in honour of Tim.
During this difficult time we ask that all communications be directed to: [email protected]
Thank you,
The Ball Family

Naturally, Tim will be hugely missed by us all at Principia Scientific. He was an astonishing servant of truth and transparency in climate research at a time when government-funded science has never been so widely mistrusted.

Tim was such an inspiration to so many of us and I am deeply honored to have co-authored with him the groundbreaking book ‘Slaying the Sky Dragon: Death of the Greenhouse Gas Theory,’ which remains the most comprehensive full-volume rebuttal of the fake science behind a trillion-dollar fraud vilifying human emissions of carbon dioxide.

I was fortunate to have befriended Tim in 2009 when he so selflessly gave me guidance and advice in my own research about the supposed greenhouse gas theory. We stood by each other all through the tumultuous 8-year legal battle despite the best efforts of our enemies to undermine us.

Dr Ball was such a charming, avuncular and self-deprecating manner that he too often was never given full credit for the important role he played for 30 years in the scientific debate about climate change.

RIP, Tim you are a legend.

RIP Tim Ball. He fought the hard and unpopular fight against bad science and fraud, with honor, integrity, and despite persecution. He’s an inspiration to all who value truth and science.

I have watched the below referenced video approx. 15 times and a previous video the same no. of times. Two hours but I will watch it again.

A great and entertaining presentation on human and societal behavior as well as explaining climate science.

IMHO Dr Tom Ball is a hero for heroic deeds echo down the ages while the scurrilous rats such as the inept and crazy Prof Mann will be exposed by the Truth as it shall rise above the scum.
