I hope that your air conditioning works, and that you can afford to pay the electricity bill. Somewhere in the world, there will be a record high temperature
But as the graph below shows, the percentage of days exceeding 90 degrees is not going up.

In 1936, a high of 114 °F was reached in Wisconsin. Air conditioning had just been invented and was available in only a few upscale businesses.
In Arizona, a wet blanket in front of a window in a thick-walled adobe house was said to be the native solution.
There are also record low temperatures somewhere. Especially in central Europe. There is heavy snowfall in the Alps in mid-July.
A heatwave or unseasonal snowfall is only weather (unless it occurs for a minimum of 30 consecutive years without a break – Ed).
But once again the climate alarmists’ predictions of extreme heat waves and drought have been proved false.
The very costly “climate” efforts virtuously pursued in many communities—bike lanes, “renewable” energy, “road diets”—will not mitigate heat waves, but they will increase your electricity bill.
Luckily, most Americans still have a car and can drive to a cooler place for a respite.
Bad weather and other hazards will always occur. To protect ourselves and adapt requires a strong economy, which requires abundant, affordable energy.
This needs to be a national priority.

I have to wonder from where the concept of an ideal global climate came. The climate in the US state of Georgia is different than the eastern European state of Georgia. The Arctic climate is different than equatorial Africa. I’m sure the folks alive during the Roman Warm Period or the Medieval Warm Period would disagree with us on what the “ideal” climate should be. The UN itself has said the climate agenda is about transfer of wealth, not saving the planet.
