Weather Modification & Texas Flooding
When I first wrote about the flooding of the Guadalupe River, I expressed my tremendous sorrow, and I also mentioned cloud seeding
It was reported that this occurred two days prior to the flooding. The nature of the seeding, and everything I know about the physics of precipitation, suggested to me that this could have exacerbated the flooding.
I was surprised at how many angry emails that I received; mostly from those who don’t believe in cloud seeding – they apparently consider it like “chemtrails”; as a conspiracy. Yet, as I went on to explain in my third post on this topic at my Substack:
“Cloud seeding is real, and a form of geoengineering. I don’t have an opinion on whether it is good or bad. It is, nevertheless, a fact. The United States government has a long history of involvement in this form of weather modification beginning in the 1950s. It is legislated, legal, and widespread.”
Furthermore, it is acknowledged that on July 2, 2025, Rainmaker’s cloud seeding operation in Karnes County, Texas, sprayed salt into the atmosphere as cloud condensation nuclei.
I’ve since been told, but I have no confirmation, the names of two companies that continued to cloud seed and with silver iodine through the period of the flooding.
These flights could be easily audited, but there is no interested in the same from the authorities. I have also since come to understand that two billionaires while un-interested in the details of weather forecasting, are tremendously interested in weather modification and are already funding research in this area.
In my new theory of climate resilience, the same processes that can supercharge a local storm — cloud seeding for sure, as yeast and warmth will cause bread to rise both faster and higher — can be shown to operate at a global scale through cosmic ray ionisation and at a regional level when volcanoes spew aerosols into the atmosphere.
For sure, there is tremendous opportunity for weather modification through geo-engineering.
It follows that if flooding is to ever be forecast with any reliability and understood in any detail, then there is a need to monitor sources of aerosols and the factors that can ionise the atmosphere potentially causing the aerosols that may initially act as condensation nuclei to grow, and rapidly.
