I would like to know the reason, the technical justification, for swabbing up the nose, rather than the throat or even simple saliva swabs. Does anyone know?

There isn’t a technical justification, as there are saliva, gargle and breath tests all developed in Israel, which are much less evasive than the nose swab (and more accurate). The point of the nose swab is for mindless obedience, as it violates our bodies. The nose swab is a demonstration of power, the power of the New Normals to control our bodies, to dominate them, to violate them, psychologically and physically.
