Trucker Warns Over Impact Of EVs
As Joe Biden pushes green energy policies, trucking companies have warned of new challenges facing not only the industry but also the overall economy.
During an interview on FOX Business’s The Big Money Show, JKC Trucking co-owner Mike Kucharski explained that while he supports the integration of green energy, new EPA regulations are “extremely frustrating” and cautioned that technology could come at a “catastrophic” price.
He warned that the trucking industry is particularly susceptible to the consequences of pushing electric vehicles “too fast with little testing and data.”

It was just reported that many EVs exceed interstate safety measures. The guard rails and such are only rated to a certain weight, like 4000lbs, but some EVs are way over it and blow through the rails like butter.
Excessive price, requires fossil fuels to provide charging stations, won’t start in the cold, mileage limit of 250, battery replacement costs as much as a small car, and “refueling” takes hours.
What exactly is the attraction?

Wisenox, what irritates me is people ignore the fact that they cannot be built without massive inputs of “fossil” fuels, coal, oil, gas and mining and manufacturing to the same or greater extent required to produce an ICE vehicle. Good grief the IQ of the worlds people has plummeted.

The guy supports green energy integration. Well, he lost me with that, as there is no “green” energy unless you paint your trucks green. Electric vehicles are not cost effective or efficient for moving people or goods unless they are hard wired to a system. One exception are diesel electric trains.
