In the first hour is featured Dr Clifford Saunders, otherwise known as the Brain REprogramming Doctor. Sr Saunders is a successful health practitioner using electrical energy for positive rather than negative effects.
Regular listeners may recall Dr Saunders appeared on our show before and explained how using electrical therapy at home and at very low cost, can give relief to a whole host of common ailments. We said then we wanted him back and he has kindly obliged.
Dr Saunders has built a remarkable 40-year career helping people who have not had much, if any success, with conventional medicine.
Dr Saunders is qualified in psychology and applied engineering. He studied at the prestigious Brunel University, London and holds a PhD in Cybernetics.
He advocates for the benefits of using electrical energy as brain therapy via “Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation” (tDCS). tDCS is the art and science of passing extremely weak electric currents through the brain. He also recommends Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES).
Cranial Electro Stimulation is very, very powerful, non-invasive and completely safe. It was pioneered by a group of brilliant Russian scientists about 100 years ago when they passed a very faint alternating current through the whole head and brainstem using ear-clip electrodes to cure their patients of insomnia. CES uses Alternating Currents (rather than Direct Current as used in tDCS) which are delivered in the exceedingly faint fraction of a milliamp range.
