TNT Radio: Dr Michelle Perro on What’s Making Our Children Sick?

Leading US pediatrician, Dr Michelle Perro appears on TNT Radio to provide listeners insights into why there is a pandemic of chronic disorders emerging in today’s youth.

September 25, 2022 – Hi and welcome to another episode of Sky Dragon Slaying where we bring you the truth on science and current affairs the mainstream would rather you didn’t know.

I’m John O’Sullivan, CEO of Principia Scientific International.  Joining me as usual are Texan engineer extraordinaire, Joe Olson and Canadian space scientist, Joe Postma!

U.S. President Harry Truman once said, “A nation is only as healthy as its children.”

Well, currently there is an epidemic of chronic disorders among American children and hundreds of thousands of parents are desperately seeking solutions to their children’s declining health.

Today, to  help us in trying to understand the causes of this crisis we have with us Dr Michelle Perro a co-author of “What’s Making our Children Sick?

LISTEN TO THE FULL INTERVIEW BELOW:

During the two-hour lively discussion the panel talked about the fascinating case of an Indian state which has successfully gone 100 percent organic.

Wildlife returns, crop yields improve, tourists flock.

Mentioned by Joe Olson, governments around the world are looking to the Indian state of Sikkim to see if going organic is viable. More here.

So far all signs are pointing to yes.The state banned the import of all pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers and GMOs in 2003, becoming the world’s first fully certified organic state in 2016.

Michelle Perro, MD, DHom, is a veteran pediatrician with four decades of working professionally in acute and integrative medicine. More than fifteen years ago, Dr. Perro transformed her clinical practice to include GMO and pesticide advocacy. She has worked as both Emergency Room Director and Attending Physician from New York’s Metropolitan Hospital/New York Medical College to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Oakland, CA.

Dr Perro argues:

“Each of us has the divine gift for self-healing.  But often the body’s attempts for realization of this principle is thwarted by infection, toxicants, emotional traumas and our own unique genetic make-up.  My approach to healing focuses on the following approach:

  1. Laying out the blue-print for the person via an in-depth history, physical assessment and supporting laboratory findings.

  2. Based on the above, adjusting the child’s external terrain to minimize toxic exposures.

  3. Begin to work on the internal terrain to get the body communicating again.”

An advocate of terrain theory (as opposed to germ theory) Dr Perro explains that our internal terrain work often begins with the better management of the gut.

“The aspects to gut healing include repairing intestinal permeability, rebalancing the microbiome, assisting with food breakdown via enzymes and restoring nutrients to support biological functions.  If we can jump-start the gut health, individuals often report better health and other treatments can ensure.”

Dr Perro told us that:

“Although foods derived from GE crops have gone from non-existent in 1994 to nearly ubiquitous in 20 years, not a single study has compared humans who eat them to those who don’t. It is clearly in the public interest to enable science-based decisions about including foods and food ingredients derived from GE crops and animals in our diets. Therefore, research on the possible effects of GE crops on human and animal health, as well as their effects on the environment, should be undertaken and carefully interpreted in light of evidence from as many types of studies as possible. That is what our website, GMOScience.org, is all about.”
