Nanorobotics is an emerging technology field creating machines or robots so tiny they range in size from 0.1 to 10 micrometres and constructed of nanoscale or molecular components.

I would never trust anyone who told me this is a lie. Of course, there will be nano-particles everywhere. Gates wants everyone filled with bots that he controls.
