The Earthing Movie: The Remarkable Science of Grounding

SHIELDING AND EARTHING

As many of you know, I have spent the last four years trying to fight the proliferation of Electrosmog, in particular 5G. We have now got to the point that we urgently need to protect ourselves from the onslaught. Many people ask me how they can best protect themselves. I am no expert, but have spent the last few months trying to learn more about this. Below are some suggestions which I hope can help you – please use what you can, gladly improve and share far and wide:

  1. De-smarting: De-smart your home and your personal life: Get rid of all wireless devices, if you don’t have a landline already get one and connect your internet with an ethernet cable to the landline. Talk to neighbours about switching from “smart” to wired connections and, if they will not get rid of their WIFI, ask them to at least turn it off at night so it doesn’t disturb your sleep – and theirs….

  2. Earthing: Shielding your body is not a good idea as we are Electro-Magnetic Beings who need to connect to Natural Earth frequencies. Instead, it is extra important to earth/ground yourself as much as possible as this will counteract the over-charging with positive ions coming from artificial radiation. The Earth is like a battery and will recharge your body with negative ions, which is what we desperately need. So try to walk barefoot on natural ground as much as you can (the more moist the ground the better as it is even more conductive) or sit on a chair with barefoot feet on the ground. Even better, paddle in a stream/the sea or – if you are brave – swim in the ocean, which is the most grounding of all.   3. Get an Electrosmog Detector: This will help you to find out the radiation hotspots in and around your home and work. You can also use it to make others aware, not in the least “smart” phone wielders who are polluting not only themselves, but you as well. Smart, after all, is the new “Tobacco” albeit it worse as you cannot even smell it…. A detector with traffic light system and sound (such as the Acousticom II) is great as it shows people exactly what they are exposing themselves and others to.

  4. Shield your home: Whilst shielding your body is not a good idea, shielding your home is – especially your bedroom, which is where your body recharges during the night. Make sure you shield it properly, so it doesn’t worsen the situation, i.e. find out where the radiation comes from first. Once shielded, do not use any wireless inside or you will make it worse as you are bouncing the Electrosmog back onto you!   5. Inner shielding: Instead of shielding your body from the outside, it may be good to shield it from the inside: Research has shown that Electrosmog affects the microbiotic cells first and foremost so strengthening the microbiome can help protect you. There is a product called Praesidium which contains Arthrospira Platensis (Spirulina) which is used by Nasa Astronauts to protect them from radiation in space. It also contains Horsetail and a host of Probiotics. I have not tried this myself yet, but serious studies suggest that whilst electrosmog has a negative effect on heart rate variability and reduces it, Praesidium can raise it significantly, which is a very good sign. Of course, generally eating a healthy diet with lots of natural probiotics (fermented foods) and algae/spirulina can go a long way..

  6. Situation: If you can choose where to live, try to move as far away from urban areas as possible, preferably to a valley by a stream with trees around you. The higher up you are the more radiation in general, thereof the valley. The stream generates negative ions and trees block radiation – this is why so many have been chopped for 5G – a mature tree absorbs up to 80% of 5G radiation….
