If you are going to claim there is a new illness, you have to have a way to clearly distinguish this new illness from other illnesses. If you look at the CDC’s definition of COVID it really is the exact same thing as the flu. This means it doesn’t provide a way to study it but distinguishing it from similar illnesses.
The CDC largely defined cases, which aren’t even people with the so-called illness but people who have taken the test. However, the test was designed from a computer simulation from a previous virus, the SARS-1 virus which was also a simulation.
