The Australian Gov’t is Being Sued Over the Covid Jabs

Nation First celebrates a class action lawsuit being taken against government by the courageous Dr Melissa McCann

Many Nation First readers may already be aware of positive news coming out of Australia regarding a major lawsuit against the jab pushers.

Nonetheless, it’s worth promoting for those who don’t know and for those readers in Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and elsewhere.

It’s also news worth repeating just to celebrate the prospect of justice for victims of the gene therapy injection that was masqueraded as a COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ by governments, health bureaucrats, the fake news legacy, and Big Pharma.

People are beginning to wake up and demand justice for the harm perpetuated by both government and Big Pharma in forcing experimental COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ on the public.

Earlier this month, a class action lawsuit in the Federal Court, comprising some 500 doctors and victims of vaccine injuries.

The lawsuit has been organised by a courageous general practitioner from Queensland, Dr Melissa McCann.

In a tweet explaining why she has taken this bold step, Dr McCann said:

These injured and bereaved have suffered immense loss, pain, and grief.

Just as heartbreaking has been the gaslighting and silence, which has left them feeling abandoned. We cannot simply ‘move on’ from COVID and leave them behind.

Among those being sued in the lawsuit are the Australian Government and its Department of Health, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and several senior government officials named as parties to the class action.

Notably, the lawsuit argues that TGA failed to properly regulate the approval and use of the untested COVID-19 ‘vaccines’.

The lawsuit rightly states that this led to “considerable harm and damage to Australians.”

This is an understatement considering the massive uptick in excess deaths in Australia.

As a former member of the Australian Parliament, I am no stranger to the corruption and lies that emanate from Australia’s health bureaucracy.

As far back as 2021, I was informed by a high-ranking hospital specialist that Australian deaths caused by so-called COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ were being vastly underreported by the TGA to ensure the established narrative remained unchallenged.

Last year, some 174,000 deaths were registered in Australia, 12 percent (20,000) more than projections estimated.

This figure represents the highest excess deaths on record since the end of World War Two.

What do you think was the cause of these excess deaths, and why did the government and fake news legacy media remain silent?

A great tragedy was wrought on this country and the wider world by utterly corrupt in high places.

They made millions off of our misery and suffering, and cursed many with long-term health complications.

If the lawsuit succeeds, the Australian Government will be liable to pay out $77 million (in Australian dollars) in damages.

It would be a small victory but a victory nonetheless, and hopefully one of the many along the way if we are to continue our struggle against globalist tyranny.

We, the people, must not go gently into that good night, but rage, rage against the dying of the light… and continue our peaceful resistance against the encroaching tide of predatory totalitarianism.

Dr McCann’s class action lawsuit is an ideal form of peaceful resistance.

Nation First wishes her — and the other litigants to this lawsuit — every success in their case against government and Big Pharma.

The inspirational words of United States Democratic Presidential nominee (and author of the great book The Real Anthony Fauci: Bil Gates, Big Pharma and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health) Robert F. Kennedy come to mind when one thinks of the courage of Dr Melissa McCann in bringing forward this lawsuit:

Each time a man stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.
