Supreme Court Stands Up for Doctors Over the Government
The Supreme Court is not finished handing down major decisions. As this session wraps up, they are on a roll, delivering important rulings for the American people.
The latest case addresses doctors who were accused of over-prescribing medications. In a 9-0 decision, the court sided with the doctors.
From The Hill:
The Supreme Court on Monday sided with two doctors challenging their convictions on drug distribution charges for over-prescribing opioid medications…
Justice Stephen Breyer wrote the decision for the majority, ruling that in cases where someone who is authorized to prescribe medication is being prosecuted under the Controlled Substances Act, prosecutors must prove “beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant knowingly or intentionally acted in an unauthorized manner.”
It appears federal prosecutors were going after two doctors, using the Controlled Substances Act to take them down.
Both these doctors challenged these charges since these convictions would have ruined their careers (and perhaps put them in jail).
The court ruled 9-0 that doctors can only be charged with violations of the CSA if they “knowingly” acted in an “unauthorized manner.”
This decision provides protections against doctors from lawsuits and other charges.
If doctors feared constant attacks from the federal government, they might be hesitant to even treat a patient.
In the long run, we might end up with fewer people entering the profession, out of fear of getting sued or arrested.
But this ruling sets limits on how the government can prosecute a doctor.
It appears that the court is saying a doctor can’t get in trouble if they treated a patient to the best of their ability.
This ruling is critical, especially in this day and age. Anyone with a smartphone thinks they know better than their doctor.
And Biden-appointed prosecutors in the DOJ might be overeager to prosecute a doctor, in yet more examples of government overreach.
This ruling could push back the endless tide of attacks against medical professionals and allow them to do what they do best: treat the sick.
Key Takeaways:
- The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 in favor of doctors being charged with over-prescribing drugs.
- The court determined doctors are only in violation if they “knowingly” act improperly.
- The decision sends the charges back to lower courts for further trial.

I simply don’t trust Kirsch, I’ve tried to ask him questions, he couldn’t answer them, he kept on peddling “covid” as a thing, avoiding issues about pharma, peddling pharma, etc.

Oh also, there’s other fraud associated with Kirsch…
I’d try to explain, but…I’ll summarize, basically, fraudulence.

So my question is, if you bitch about vaccines, shouldn’t you bitch about what the peddling of those vaccines are based on, instead of trying to avoid that while peddling pharma and being fake, associating with other pharma peddlers and such?

“The court ruled 9-0 that doctors can only be charged with violations of the CSA if they “knowingly” acted in an “unauthorized manner.””
Does this mean thag doctors are essentially immune to liability if they over-prescribe remdesivir or other ill advised medications while treating your family member for a covid spike that doesn’t exist?
There was a lot of controversy about the vaccines during the 1918 flu. Many doctors believed that most of the deaths were the result of over-prescribing aspirin to combat the illness. Today, its remdesivir and other meds, but the angle is the same.
SCOTUS is a traitorous scam. Their rulings are rarely, if ever, “for the people”. There’s an angle to the ruling and I guarantee that the angle does NOT benefit the people. Its a set up for something coming down the road. The Roe v Wade garbage was a pre-emptive ruling done in advance to provide the reasons for riots and attacking Christians.
This ruling, just like Roe, is being done with an agenda and has absolutely nothing to do with “benefiting the people”.
It may be difficult to prove “intent” with the opioid prescribing assholes in the case, but they are PhD’s, and one can reasonably expect that they should have known the risks and dangers to the patient and then followed the Hippocratic Oath by stopping further opioid treatment. This ruling allows doctors to hide behind “intent” and play stupid at the same time.

What are governments hiding behind with the disaster that are the vaxxes? What are the pharmacy companies hiding behind? Well we all know, and they should all be charged with crimes against humanity.
