I alluded to this perversion of “the standard of care” in a previous post a while back. There are egregious violations of very well established legal doctrine for the standard of care taking place all over the US. Fauci and his cohorts have basically nullified the process of the development of a standard of care, usurped well established patient rights law as too . If the courts allow them to get away with this ,US tort law will also cease to exist.

It is pity that people didn’t realize that hospitals already before covid were killing frequently their patients, in particular CANCER patients! The only way to get out of the hospital is to LEAVE ON YOUR OWN!!! Did it in the past in the case of cancer…. The entire medical cartel was a monster already in the past, and it only escalates exponentially right now in ‘covid’ scam time, for that one and only purpose, to keep the scam and crimes continuing! Remdezivir, Fauci’s/CDC another killing machine can only be STOPPED if Fauci and CDC get stopped in their CRIMINAL actions.
