I haven’t seen this brought together so well and so effectively as done here. He is a good candidate but there is one problem – the masses don’t like being told they are being taken advantage of. I was pleased to see the British Royals named as part of the problem. I’m also convinced her is right about poor health – it is created deliberately.

Obfuscation from an insider. The covenant literally brags about manipulating the population on a grand scale, and they same lineage of groups have been at it for a very long time. In plain sight, remember?
They immortalize their beginnings in the enuma elis.
Their true “enemy” in all this is the middle class, and that is what Shiva is actually touching on. The problem for the elites arise when the middle class has enough wealth and power to influence the politicians, markets and, of course, the ‘herding’ sheep.
Shiva seems to be referring to the state of the system that exists when it becomes difficult to control the whole thing. It reminds me of Peterson calling Tiamat chaos.
Remember the Matrix? Who were the enemies? The “agents”. Well, there were 5: brown, jones, johnson, thompson and smith. “Commoners”. An “agent” is someone who has the ability to enact power and influence. In other words, commoners with the ability to influence herding sheep, politicians and markets.
The whole “swarm” thing sounds like obfuscation. Shiva is an insider, so he has a vested interest in pacifying the sheep and taking the attention from the controlling groups on the inside.
There is absolutely an organization behind it, and fraternal orders, and families.
