Setback for UK Surgeon Battling Medical Mafia Suspension
UK surgeon, Dr Mohammad Iqbal Adil, loses latest legal battle to overturn a permanent ban for expressing his medical concerns about the ‘pandemic hoax.’ The UK High Court upholds the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) permanent ban of the surgeon who had been suspended without pay for three and a half years.
After an unfavorable MPTS ruling earlier this year, Dr Adil brought his case to the High Court, London on October 19, 2023 whereupon the court dismissed his unfair dismissal claim. He now is reaching out publicly for help to take the matter to the International Court of Justice at the Hague.
In an interview by Laura Nina the respected surgeon admitted his mistake was believing that we live in a democratic society which allows you freedom of speech and expression. Prior to this matter, he had no Clinical, Ethical or any Patient related complaint or Probity issues whatsoever. The severe MPTS ruling can be accessed online.
As we previously reported on Principia Scientific, as early as March 19, 2020, before implementation of the first national ‘lockdown’ the UK Government’s own experts officially announced on their website that Covid -19 was downgraded from a ‘High Consequence Infectious Disease’ upon finding it being no bigger threat to wider public health than an influenza virus. [1]
However, committed to an anti-civil rights policy Britain went into full lockdown a few days later on March 22, 2020. Untold thousands subsequently died as a consequence of needless lockdown measures.
“He was one of the first doctors in the UK to raise his concerns to the narrative being pushed by the medical media propaganda, pointing out there was never any need for lockdowns, restrictions, closure of health services and wearing of masks which left thousands of elderly patients dying in nursing and care homes. He saw suicide rates amongst youngsters rocket sky high, people losing their business, the rise in mental and physical health problems and the devastating damage on the education system and children’s mental health.
He knew the media, medical system and government were pushing a narrative which was not correct. It was not the virus which was the problem, it was the fake science.
As a scientist himself, he challenged the system asking for the medical and scientific proof that it was in fact a virus causing all the medical and financial catastrophe, but to date, they have never been able to provide any such medical or scientific proof.”
Previously, the Medical Practitioners Tribunal ruled that Mr Muhammad Adil qualified in Pakistan, who has worked in the NHS for nearly 30 years, ‘undermined public health and public confidence in the medical profession,’ as reported by the BBC.
However, many colleagues wrote to the organization arguing he should not have been suspended for his personal opinion. The doctor expressed “his point of view on the Covid-19 pandemic and the far-reaching effects of the lockdown on the economy, public health and wellbeing,” his campaign page states. He has not been able to work since 2020, as detailed by the BMJ.
“Adil’s supporters have launched a petition on Change.org, which has garnered more than 600 signatures, calling on the GMC to reinstate him. The petition says that the GMC did not give him a chance to reflect on his video “when the entire world is confused about the novel virus.”
It points out that he has three children to support and adds, “UK needs doctors to work. It would not be in the best interest of the public and health system to lose [an] experienced and highly qualified surgeon like him.
“We, the doctors community within [the] UK and across the world, feel that it’s injustice to suspend Mr Adil on his personal point of view on the covid-19 without giving him [a] chance to reflect upon his video before enforcing suspension.
“We request to the GMC to revoke his unfair 12 months suspension . . . and allow him fair chance to work in this country [for the benefit of] the health system, communities, and medical graduates.””
With my work at Principia Scientific International and as a broadcaster for TNT Radio, this case typifies the utter disdain the Establishment has for the civil rights and free speech of well-qualified and honorable medical and science professionals who dare question the Approved Narrative.
I urge everyone of conscience to show support, in whatever form, to men and women of conscious who are whistleblowers in the service of Truth and the wider public interest. We hope to interview Mohammad Iqbal Adil on TNT Radio in due course.

Almost all of our society, is corrupt to the core. The system and individuals.
Mr Adil is a bloody hero, John, but that doesn’t put food on the table or keep a roof above our heads, more’s the pity.
It may not count for much, but I wish him all the luck in the World in winning his case against these criminals.
Thanks, John. All the best.
