    My guess is there are positive and negative causes: too much of one or more among smoke, eat, drink; and too little exercise. It’s easy to verify personally.

    Of course they say saturated fats cause heart disease because they want everyone to stop eating meats. It’s all a lie. Also read some Malcolm Kendrick books and articles.

    My inflammatory bowel diseases has been cured and it is all a result of a video I watched on Ivor Cummin’s podcast/videos. (I don’t know which one.)

    Polyunsaturated fats are poison. Do not eat vegetable or seed oils. Only eat animal fats.
