Public Statement on the Govt of Alberta’s Covid Task Force Findings

The findings from Alberta’s COVID-19 Task Force, released on January 24, 2025, highlight critical missteps in the pandemic response, particularly in relation to vaccine safety and public health policies

The report confirms growing concerns that the COVID-19 vaccines, aggressively promoted and administered under federal oversight, have caused harm to Albertans, raising serious questions about the wisdom of centralized, one-size-fits-all pandemic management.

Vaccine Safety: A Stark Warning

The findings reveal mounting evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines, initially touted as the cornerstone of pandemic recovery, have had harmful consequences for a significant portion of the population.

From serious adverse reactions to long-term health complications, the data now shows that these risks outweigh the purported benefits for many demographics. Despite these warning signs, federal agencies failed to halt vaccine distribution or reassess mandates, leaving Albertans exposed to unnecessary harm.

This failure demonstrates the dangers of Alberta’s reliance on federal decision-making in critical areas of health policy. Alberta, under a sovereign framework, would have had the authority to independently evaluate vaccine safety, halt harmful programs, and prioritize the well-being of its citizens without waiting for federal directives.

The Case for Provincial Sovereignty

The pandemic exposed the limitations of Alberta’s position within the federal framework, including its inability to act swiftly and independently to protect its population. A sovereign Alberta could have:

  • Refused Harmful Federal Health Mandates: Sovereignty would have allowed Alberta to reject federally mandated vaccine programs once risks became apparent, prioritizing Albertans’ health over political agendas.
  • Conducted Independent Safety Reviews: With full autonomy, Alberta could have relied on independent, science-based assessments of vaccine safety instead of being beholden to federal agencies and international pharmaceutical interests.
  • Implemented Targeted Public Health Policies: Rather than adopting blanket policies, Alberta could have pursued tailored health strategies that better reflected the needs of its population, balancing health outcomes with economic and social stability.

Time to Assert Control

The findings of this report provide a clear mandate: Alberta must pursue greater sovereignty to ensure it can act in the best interests of its citizens without interference from federal authorities.

Centralized control over public health has proven not only ineffective but actively harmful in this instance. It is time for Albertans to demand the autonomy necessary to make decisions that protect their families, their communities, and their future.

The Alberta Prosperity Project calls on all Albertans to join the movement for sovereignty. The lessons of COVID-19 must not be ignored.

Together, we can build a framework where Albertans—not Ottawa—decide what is best for Alberta.

This article, although it starts out as pointing out the results of the COVID study, ends with pure political hype. Federal and provincial politics are supposed to be working toward a common goal, instead Danielle Smith and her group of thugs are trying to incite separatism along the lines of Quebec – look how well that has worked – not at all! I will never forgive Trudeau senior for caving into the the Quebecois faction so many years ago, and Justin has been seduced by the globalists to the point we have no jobs, no manufacturing facilities, and is selling us out.
