Give yourself a break from food for around 4-6 hrs before ingestion is my recommendation.
Incredible stuff, very beneficial with an excellent feeling of wellbeing thereafter.

After being vaxxed and then (of course) catching omicron, I really struggled with circulation in my feet and hands. I was soaking my feet almost nightly because I couldn’t keep them warm. Started taking nattokinase and serrapeptase (alternating nights) and in a few days circulation problems went away.

I would recommend fruit and vegetables, fermented foods (I can describe better fermentation methods than typical “sauerkraut” sort of methods).
Basically, you look for a sauerkraut recipe which recommends using a fairly low level of sodium chloride, then you replace about half of that, with a bit of kelp, tartaric acid (or creme of tartar), epsom salts and bicarb, add some of herbs and such. That helps the balance and works REALLY well.
And that generally works for pretty much any plant fermentation, however, if the plants you’re fermenting has low carbohydrate levels, add some brown sugar, molasses or something like that.

Thinking about it, potassium iodide is probably something I’d consider using for fermenting plants (though I’ve not tried it). Inactivated Brewer’s yeast/Nutritional yeast might be useful too.
