Mysterious Lights Generated by Earthquakes Not Drones

The appearance of Mysterious Lights in sky above northern part of New Jersey the sky during the last few weeks has baffled scientists

I contend that significant amounts of information prove these lights are not Drones rather lights generated by earthquakes. It is important to know that some of these earthquakes are below our capability to measure.

This is like is happening in the New Jersey area.

There are two ways to generate Earthquake Lights. The first is lateral or vertical movement of deep earth geological the rock layers along positioned against the fault plane and strong stress across large regions.

“Just after an 1888 quake that hit New Zealand, for instance, there were reports of “luminous unexplained in appearances” and “an extraordinary glow” visible for several hours. They were spotted in 1930, during an earthquake in Idu, Japan, visible up to 70 miles away from the epicenter. Among the dozens of earthquakes that reportedly produced strange lights, their qualities varied widely: People reported seeing white flares, or floating orbs, or rainbow-colored flickering flames. The lights sometimes appeared for just a few seconds, but other times they hovered in the sky for minutes or hours at a time” (see here).

Concerning  the current bright  lights. A person who lived in the New Jersey area recorded a video of  a spherically shaped object that was moving across the low sky or on the ground that was flashing very bright red and green.

The colors did not happen as all solid red and then all green.  Rather both of colors appeared at once and kind of split in half looks like a very real video. Also, some of the drones are colored red which would be odd if some county was controlling the drones.

This object was likely generated by stress release in the New Jersey area. Why Do Lights Sometimes Appear in the Sky During An Earthquake? Why do the lights only appear at night and not in daytime ?

If these drones were made of solid material they  would have been spotted in the daytime. NASA and other government agencies have the ability to track any physical objects in space. For instance, the China Balloon.

NASA has said that the lights are  not physical. This feature was immediately reported as a physical balloon by NASA satellites. So why hasn’t NASA stated that  the New Jersey lights are definitely not a physical feature?

The same is true of people trying to find drones during daytime. They haven’t  reported any. This is more proof that the lights are not physical, rather they are lights like the ones  you use in your bedroom at night.

On July 16, 2024, residents in the New York City area and the adjacent portion of New Jersey reported seeing many extremely bright spherically shaped lights moving across the sky. Astronomers interpreted that this light was an asteroid descending to earth.

They determined that the asteroid landed in the southern part of New Jesey. People living near the landing site said they heard a very loud sonic boom and shaking of the earth at the time the supposed asteroid landed.

Scientists visiting the landing site after the boom and shaking didn’t find a huge circular hole in the ground nor burning embers or rock pieces. Lack of these features is absolute truth that the lights were not generated by an asteroid.

One person took a video during the occurrence of the bright light that clearly showed a moving spherically shaped bright light that turned on and off and was colored red and green.

Based on my interpretation of all available information the July 16, 2024, bright light moved from southwest to northeast. The location angle of this light exactly matches the location and trend of a deep major earth fault that lies between New City and New Jersey.

This fault hasn’t been active for many years. Regional stress mentioned above reactivated this ancient fault.

“Phenomena such as sheet lightning, balls of light, streamers, and steady glows, reported in association with earthquakes are called earthquake lights (EQL). Geophysicists differ on the represents to which they think that individual reports of unusual lighting near the time and epicenter of an earthquake actually represent EQL: some doubt that any of the reports constitute solid evidence for EQL, whereas others think that at least some reports plausibly correspond to EQL. Physics-based hypotheses have been proposed to explain specific classes of EQL reports, such as those in the immediate vicinity of the causative fault at the time of a major earthquake. On the other hand, some reports of EQL have turned out to be associated with electricity arcing from the power lines shaking. “USGS says “ (see here)

“Earthquake lights may be classified into two different groups based on their time of appearance: (1) preseismic earthquake light, which generally occur a few seconds to up to a few weeks prior to an earthquake, and are generally observed closer to the epicenter and (2) coseismic earthquake light, which can occur either near the epicenter (“earthquakeinduced stress”), or at significant distances away from the epicenter during the passage of the seismic wavetrain, in particular during the passage of S waves (“waveinduced stress”).. (see here).

This may indicate that another earthquake will occur in the New Jersey / New York City area. After all, this area had a 4.8 magnitude earthquake on April 6th, 2024.

“Some models suggest the generation of earthquake lights involves the ionization of oxygen-to-oxygen anions by breaking peroxy bonds in some types of rocks (dolomite, rhyolite, etc.) by the high,  stress before and during an earthquake. After the ionisation, the ions travel up through the cracks in the rocks. Once they reach the atmosphere these ions can ionize pockets of air, forming plasma that emits light. Lab experiments have validated that some rocks do ionise the oxygen in them when subjected to high stress levels. Research suggests that the angle of the fault is related to the likelihood of earthquake light generation, with subvertical (nearly vertical) faults in rifting environments having the most incidences of earthquake lights”(see here).

I hypothesize that these earthquakes were caused by the push-apart movement of the northern portion of the Mid-Atlantic Ocean Fault Complex (Figure 1).  “This movement has acted to increase the stress within rock layers across the eastern and central parts of the United States”.

During the last 16 to 24 months numerous earthquakes occurred in the Midcontinent and Eastern Coast States. The states were New Jersey, North Carolina, Illinois, and Michigan. The occurrence of these earthquakes in a short period is extremely rare.

Here are a few examples of these Mid-Continent and Eastern coast earthquakes.

I hypothesize that the course of the Mississippi River is controlled by a Midcontinent-wide major fault system (Figure 5). The fault is composed of long, linear segments that are oriented at different angles but are all connected. The Mississippi River follows these fault segments precisely.

The New Madrid Fault Complex is located on one of the long, linear segments of the river. This fault has recently experienced a strong earthquake (see here) After this earthquake, many weaker earthquakes occurred that are in the same area.

The New Madrid fault has had several extremely large earthquakes. The 1811 quake was so strong that it reversed the course of the Mississippi River from south to north. It also destroyed towns and structures in this region. This is proof that this fault is part of the Mississippi River Fault.

Another observation is that the long, linear northwest shoreline of Lake Superior has an orientation that matches the orientation of other long, linear faults that connect the Mississippi River (Figure 5). The Lake Superior fault is part of another major fault system that crosses the Mississippi River Fault.

On November 12, 1988, a bright purple-pink globe of light moved through the sky along the St. Lawrence River near the city of Quebec, 11 days before a powerful quake. In 1906, about 100 km northwest of San Francisco, a couple saw streams of light running along the ground two nights preceding that region’s great earthquake” (see here).

Earthquake lights do appear in well defined patterns and in  groups. So the Even though the Mystery Lights occur in patterns it does not prove that that they are Drones.

Its not the only way to prove that my idea is correct. However, if an earthquake occurs in the New Jersey area within the next month or two it would be very strong evidence that these Mysterious Lights are related to an upcoming earthquake.

In summary the occurrence many Mysterious Lights in northern New Jersey area are definitely not drones. Rather lights that were and still are being generated by earthquakes and by rock stress release.
