Mother Sues LAUSD After Son Given COVID Vax Without Her Consent

A California mother is suing the LAUSD after she says her 13-year-old son was given the COVID-19 vaccine in exchange for a pizza without her consent.

As RedState’s Mike Miller reported, the 13-year-old attended the Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in South Los Angeles. The teenager went home with a vaccine card after he was given the COVID-19 vaccine at school.

Maribel Duarte, the mother of the teenager said:

“The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son…‘Please don’t say anything. I don’t want to get in trouble.’”

So the lady knew she was wrong to give the teen a vaccine without the mother’s consent, yet gave it to him anyway.

Duarte continued:

““It hurt to know he got a shot without my permission … He has problems with asthma and allergy problems.”

She added that she is not opposed to the COVID-19 vaccine, but because of her son’s asthma and allergy problems, she decided to not give him the vaccine.

She said that her son also suffers from a bleeding disorder, which is why the doctor did not recommend him to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Duarte’s attorney Nicole Pearson said.

“This is not a conspiracy theory. This is not an anti-vax case … This is about parental rights (and) about having the ability to protect your children.”

Pearson has attempted to get in contact with the LAUSD several times, but they have not responded.

Now, the mother is suing LAUSD over their foolish decision to vaccinate a 13-year-old without parental consent. During a news conference on Wednesday, the teenager’s mother said her son is suffering from side effects due to the vaccine. Every person reacts differently to the shot, that’s why it should be an individual choice, especially if the person is a minor.

Duarte said:

“He’s lacking of breath, doesn’t sleep well, he doesn’t do exercise the way he did. He is not normal to me.”

Duarte added that in order for the 13-year-old to get the shot, he was advised to forge her signature.

LAUSD released this statement:

“Los Angeles Unified does not typically comment on threatened, pending or ongoing litigation matters.”

This should be an outrage for parents across the country.

No school or district should be administering vaccines — of any nature — without parental consent.

If LAUSD could pull it off, other school districts could, too.

Notice how they’re just “a lady” when they’re doing something bad?
When they are fighting a fake pandemic during an average flu season, they’re “warriors on the front line”.
No, they’re nurses. Say it for what it is: a nurse purposely injected an underage kid with an experimental medical procedure after luring him into it with pizza!
It is my understanding that certain information, such as risks to the patient, are required to be told to the patient when under emergency use authorization. The nurses all sign an SOP stating that they’re proficient in administering the covid tests, but they don’t tell anyone the risks. Find a nurse and ask them. I bet they don’t have a clue, but they still signed the SOP stating they do.
Hell, they don’t even bother telling people that the vaccine they were just injected with may cross the blood brain barrier because its listed in the patent.

They don’t want nurses and doctors painted in a bad light because they still need them to pull off the monkeypox and marburg scams. Its similar to how they refuse to ever mention the Internet of Bodies and SpaceX employees who erect the grid.

This was an organized event, and its extremely doubtful that she was simply a lady.
