More false claims of accelerating global warming
A few days ago, theweek.com website carried an article saying global warming is accelerating as the climate emergency gets worse, then makes a surprising admission.
The article is not long, so I reproduce it in its entirety in italics, with my own comments in plain text:
Since 2005, the amount of heat trapped by the Earth has roughly doubled, according to a new study by NASA and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration researchers.
Which researchers? Where is the link to the study?
This is contributing to warming oceans, air, and land, the scientists write in the study, published this week in the journal Geophysical Research Letters. “The magnitude of the increase is unprecedented,” NASA scientist and lead author of the study Norman Loeb told The Washington Post. “The Earth is warming faster than expected.”
Is it? With record cold last winter across much of North America, and the UK having the coldest April since 1922 this year, it is quite clear the Earth is not warming ‘faster than expected’.
Using satellite data, the researchers measured the planet’s energy imbalance, which is the difference between how much energy the planet absorbs from the sun and how much is radiated back into space
Using the monthly charts prepared by the University of Alabama in Huntsville of lower troposphere temperatures (where alarmists claim the signature of warming should be seen), we see precious little evidence of accerating warming.
In fact, as the charts below for March and April clearly show, the solar minimum is cooling the planet, but alarmists cannot have the public knowing this, so they come up with more and more fabricated stories, using fabricated data, to continue to promote the climate scam.
If there is a positive imbalance, the Earth is absorbing more heat than it is losing; in 2005, there was a positive imbalance of about half a watt per square meter of energy from the sun, and in 2019, the positive imbalance was one watt per square meter, the Post reports.
“It is a massive amount of energy,” NOAA oceanographer Gregory Johnson, a co-author of the study, told the Post, adding that this energy increase is equivalent to everyone on Earth using 20 electric tea kettles at the same time.
The team needs to conduct more research to determine the factors behind the increase, but there is evidence that a rise in greenhouse gas emissions and decrease in cloud cover and sea ice could be part of it, as well as cyclical variations in the climate. One thing is certain, Johnson said: “We’re responsible for some of it.”
But hang on a sec….what’s this?
The team “needs to conduct more research to determine the factors behind the increase…”
I thought the science was settled? If that’s the case, why do they need to do more research to determine what’s causing their claimed warming?
If they need to determine the factors behind the warming, that means they do not know what is causing it, yet they automatically blame us.

What evidence please?
That sentence also includes something I did not expect to see: “…as well as cyclical variations in the climate.”
An actual admission that the climate does vary naturally, while people like Schmidt and Mann insist any change is 100 percent anthropogenic.
Micheal Mann, having moved to Australia in an effort to avoid being prosecuted in the aftermath of his court defeat to Dr Tim Ball, even went as far earlier this year as to claim the Pacific Decadal Oscillation and the Atlantic Multi-decadal Oscillation do not exist, and all changes to ocean circulation are caused by human activity.
The article ends with stating as a certainty we are responsible for at least part of the ‘warming’. How much? We are not told, and as usual, no evidence is provided.
The reader is just expected to accept it without question because, as we all know, the debate is over, so there is no need to talk about something which is proven beyond doubt.
I don’t know about you, but I need a tad more than that.

Well said, Andy. The notion that human emissions of CO2 can in any way ‘dangerously’ alter climate is another massive con job, just like the fake COVID pandemic – the same evil group of psychopathic billionaire eugenicists are behind both scams.

[The Goal is]
A One World Government and one-unit monetary system under permanent non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages.
In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.
There will be no middle class, only rulers and servants. All laws will be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and a One-World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where no national boundaries shall exist.
The system will be on the basis of a welfare state; those who are obedient and subservient to the One World Government will be rewarded with the means to live; those who are rebellious will simply be starved to death or be declared outlaws, thus a target for anyone who wishes to kill them. The master Files of the CIA, FBI, state and local police agencies, IRS, FEMA, Social Security shall be vastly expanded and form the basis of personal records of all individuals in the United States.
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY
Marriage shall be outlawed and there shall be no family life as we know it. Children will be removed from their parents at an early-age and brought up by wards as state property. Such an experiment was carried out in East Germany under Erich Honnecker when children were take away from parents considered by the state to be disloyal citizens.
Women will he degraded through the continued process of “women’s liberation” movements. Free sex shall be mandatory. Failure to comply at least once by the age of 20 shall be punishable by severe reprisals against her person. Self-abortion shall be taught and practiced after two children are born to a woman; such records shall be contained in the personal file of each woman in the One World Government’s regional computers.
If a woman falls pregnant after she has previously given birth to two children, she shall be forcibly removed to an abortion clinic for such an abortion and sterilization to be carried out. Pornography shall be promoted and be compulsory showing in every theater of cinema, including homosexual and lesbian pornography.
DRUGS, MIGRATION, SILVER, BANKS
The use of “recreational” drugs shall be compulsory, with each person allotted drug quotas which can be purchased at One World Government stores throughout the world. Mind control drugs will be expanded and usage become compulsory. Such mind control drugs shall be given in food and/or water supplies without the knowledge and/or consent of the people.
Drug bars shall be set up, run by One World Government employees, where the slave-class shall be able to spend their free time. In this manner the non-elite masses will be reduced to the level and behavior of controlled animals with no will of their own and easily regimented and controlled.
The economic system shall be based upon the ruling oligar-ethical class allowing just enough foods and services to be produced to keep the mass slave labor camps going. All wealth shall be aggregated in the hands of the elite members of the Committee of 300.
Each individual shall be indoctrinated to understand that he or she is totally dependent upon the state for survival….Only the Committee of 300 members and their elitists shall have the right to any of the earth’s resources. Agriculture shall be solely in the hands of the Committee of 300 with food production strictly controlled.

As these measures begin to take effect, large populations in the cities shall be forcibly removed to remote areas and those who refuse to go shall be exterminated in the manner of the One World Government experiment carried out by Pol Pot in Cambodia. Euthanasia for the terminally ill and the aged shall be compulsory. No cities shall be larger than a predetermined number as described in the work of Kalgeri.

The United States will be flooded by peoples of alien cultures who will eventually overwhelm White America, people with no concept of what the United States Constitution stands for and who will, in consequence, do nothing to defend it, and in whose minds the concept of liberty and justice is so weak as to matter little. FOOD and shelter shall be the main concern.
No central bank save the Bank of International Settlement and the World Bank shall be allowed to operate.
Private banks will be outlawed. Remuneration for work performed shall be under a uniform predetermined scale throughout the One World Government. There shall be no wage disputes allowed, nor any diversion from the standard uniform scales of pay laid down by the One World Government.

Any person who in any way infringes the rules and regulations of the Committee of 300 shall have the use of his or her card suspended for varying times according to the nature and severity of the infringement. Such persons will find, when they go to make purchases, that their card is blacklisted and they will not be able to obtain services of any kind.
Attempts to trade “old” coins, that is to say silver coins of previous and now defunct nations, shall be treated as a capital crime subject to the death penalty. All such coinage shall be required to be surrendered within a given time along with guns, rifles, explosives and automobiles. Only the elite and One World Government high-ranking functionaries will be allowed private transport, weapons, coinage and automobiles….
Ethnic and religious differences shall be magnified and exacerbated and violent conflict as a means of “settling” their differences shall be encouraged and fostered. All information services and print media shall be under the control of the One World Government. Regular brainwashing control measures shall be passed off as “entertainment” in the manner in which it was practiced and became a fine art in the United States. Youths removed from “disloyal parents,” shall receive special education designed to brutalize them. Youth of both sexes shall receive training to qualify as prison guards for the One World labor camp system.

The CO2 Greenhouse Effect is a fiction. If it were true then there would not be any snow on the mountain tops when it is snow-free at sea-level. The mountains have the same soil and rock underfoot receiving the same Sun’s radiation under the same sky above containing the same CO2 concentration. There is snow on the ranges because there is a gravity induced temperature-pressure gradient causing low temperature at high altitude and the highest temperature at the lowest point, about sea level, where the pressure is greatest. This long established fact has been deliberately ignored by climate scientists and others intent on misleading the public and gaining political dominance of the free-world.
A simple test of the Greenhouse Effect is to walk out into the open on a sunny morning. You will feel warmed by the Sun. Touch objects around you and they too will feel warm from the Sun. Walk into a shaded area with the open sky above and you will only feel the ambient air temperature, no ‘Greenhouse’ warmth coming down from the sky. Touch objects in the shade and they will be as cold or colder than the ambient temperature having not been warmed by the Sun or the fictitious ‘Greenhouse Effect’.

I agree entirely with that view. The alarmists will not recognise the effect of gravity, effectively ignoring the existence of the natural gas law. The problem is that the “free world” is has stopped thinking. I am surprised when I raise the issue with people who do have a science background that they do not want to think about it.
It is true that we can observe that there is no radiative heating, and we can also see this when there is snow and frost about because it does not thaw in the shade.
Why is education now so appalling that school children are not taught this and how to think for themselves ? The teachers are idiots, turning out more idiots.
It is also shocking that much of this belief goes back to Victorian times and John Tyndall. He, more than anybody, created the idea of greenhouse gases with his thermocouple experiments. The greenhouse gases create a thermoelectric effect which is detected by a thermocouple. Nitrogen and oxygen do not but they still absorb and emit radiation. An IR thermometer will not measure air temperature. How difficult is it to work out that the modern versions of Tyndall’s experiments are not measuring what those who set out to mislead us claim?
I am also concerned about the use of average temperatures. Temperatures cannot be added to a meaningful total and so the average has no meaning. It might be OK to do the maths to calculate an average for holiday information but it cannot be used in any physics calculations. An illustration is water and ice. How can there be an average that means anything? An equilibrium temperature could be calculated if they are mixed and there is no heat loss or gain, but how is that useful to describe the climate?
The greenhouse effect itself is often defined by temperatures. It is claimed the effective radiation temperature of the earth is -18C and therefore the sun can only heat the surface to -18C, hence 33C must come from the atmosphere to give an average surface temperature of 15C. This is utter that effectively created a law of conservation of temperatures. There is only a law of conservation of energy and it is energy and not temperature that should be used, but of course we don’t feel energy, we feel temperature and so our stupidity rules. The BBC needs to do a simple experiment of mixing two cups of water at 50C and it will not create boiling water. Perhaps they could get Greta and Attenborough to witness the experiment and explain why the result does not match their belief.

Good point about feeling the warmth of the Sun Bevan. Joe Postma pointed out his one paper was refused peer review because one of the reviewers said the Sun has zero influence on our climate, and 100% of the warmth you feel on your face is from greenhouse gases not the Sun. That would mean the Earth would be the same temperature now if there was no Sun. Unbelivably stupid.

Thanks, Bevan, that common sense, empirical approach to testing and showing it is the sun and not CO2 that warms our planet is lost on most people who choose to unthinkingly wear a mask and have experimental potions jabbed into their arms than engage their brains in critical reasoning.

Good point Bevan. According to Trenberth diagram, greenhouse effect is 333 W/m2 while the sun is … net 161 W/m2 absorbed by earth surface. Thus from the sky you should feel double the heat that you feel from the sun. OK these are average numbers (btw that means that you should feel a hot sky during nights…), but this doesnt change the picture that these people are either total retards or poor psychotics with no hope.
