Lawyer Taking Gates and Pfizer CEO Bourla To Court Has Been Arrested

I recently posted an article about the despicable way German American Lawyer Reiner Fuellmich has been targeted and imprisoned by the German State in order to silence him and had this to say:

“Reiner Fuellmich’s arrest and imprisonment was an event where the German State’s mask of civility slipped and we get to see what they are really all about when it comes to democracy, free speech, accountability and the rule of law. This is how the German police, judiciary and state act in concert to crush dissent on behalf of Germany’s unelected ruling elite. “

Now the Dutch Government have arrested and detained without charge Lawyer Arno Van Kessel the lead lawyer in a case against the globalist power brokers behind the Covid ‘vaccines’ seeking judgement on their true purpose and consequences.

The case proceeded despite Van Kessels detention. Here is a timeline and update.

• In 2023 Dutch lawyers Arno Van Kessel and Peter Stassen brought a case against: Bill Gates, Former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte now head of NATO, the Dutch State, Pfizer CEO Bourla, EU President Ursula Von Der Leyen on behalf of seven alleged vaccination victims.

“On behalf of their clients, they want to force the judge to issue a clear ruling on the question: was the COVID-19 mRNA injection a vaccine for the benefit of the population’s health, or a bioweapon? Van Kessel said: “It’s one or the other, and there’s no in between.” – Der Andere Krant (The Other Newspaper)

• Early June 2025, after a long delay The Northern Netherlands District Court, Leeuwarden, announced the case would be heard on July 9th 2025. By this time one of the alleged victims had died.

June 11th 2025: “On Wednesday morning, June 11th, there was a completely unexpected turn of events. Arno van Kessel was dragged from his bed early in the morning by a special intervention team with a considerable display of force. The lawyer, his daughter, and his wife were even briefly held at gunpoint.

A day later, the police published a report on the website politie.nl linking Van Kessel to “a criminal network.” According to a press release issued by the Public Prosecution Service, eight people were arrested that morning for “adhering to anti-institutional ideology and possibly intending to use violence.” Der Andere Krant (The Other Newspaper) One suspect was released.

Charges were partially withdrawn after failing to provide evidence to substantiate charges against van Kessel.

June 26th 2025: the [Dutch] Public Prosecution Service released more news after a long silence. One suspect has been released, but “six suspects in the investigation into a criminal network, in which a large proportion of the arrested suspects espouse anti-institutional ideology and may have the intention to use violence, will remain in custody for an additional 90 days,” the Public Prosecution Service announced. Der Andere Krant (The Other Newspaper)

July 9th 2025: The case goes ahead. The first tranche of evidence is presented by Lawyer Peter Stassen

Stassen delivered a sharp rebuke of the authorities and those named in the suit. Calling the COVID-19 vaccine rollout “the greatest genocide of humanity ever,” he accused political and corporate leaders of orchestrating a campaign of “coercion, deception, and even murder.” In a pointed statement to the judge, Stassen declared:

“If you, as a judge, reject our request to hear these witnesses, which I doubt you will, then the blood already on the defendants’ hands will soon be on yours as well. This case must become a public debate that can only be resolved in court. Politics has already proven that it cannot do that. Now the court must show its worth. I wish you much wisdom in your decision.”
