Lawsuit Filed Against Bill Gates For Murder In India
The Indian Bar Association charged two billionaires for their involvement in the development of the AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine and the death of a young man who was injected with the vaccine.
Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla, the CEO of Serum Institute of India, which is purportedly the world’s biggest vaccine manufacturer, are the two listed defendants in the case.
In addition to the COVID-19 vaccination Covishield, Adar Poonawalla’s firm is responsible for producing more than half of the world’s vaccines that are injected into infants.
“The unidentified defendants include additional government officials and leaders who were complicit in the murder of a 23-year-old man who died as a result of a vaccine,” the indictment said.
The dead received the Covishield vaccination because he believed the misleading narrative that the vaccine was fully safe, as well as in order to comply with the Railways’ rule that only those who had received two doses of the vaccine be permitted to ride on their trains.
Doctor Snehal Lunawat died as a result of adverse effects from the Covishield vaccination, according to the government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunization) Committee, which just recognized the death caused by the vaccine.
The lawsuit reads:
- It makes it clear that before administering a vaccination or administering any therapy to a person, he or she should be told about the potential negative effects of the medication as well as the alternative treatments available.
- This amounts to consent being gained by deception if a person gets vaccinated by concealing information or by stating an untruth about how safe the vaccinated by concealing information or by stating an untruth about how safe the vaccinations are.
- In India, immunization obtained by fraud, compulsion, or the imposition of specific suffocating circumstances is both a civil and criminal offense.
