Perhaps the climate crisis is not coming back because the covid pandemic is over, but the pandemic is over because the western leaders want their international travel and grand meeting back, and even Greta has been forced back to school. China and India want to see the wealth of their citizens increasing, unlike Boris and Biden who want to destroy western wealth creation.
