Sally Fallon Morell is the founding president of the Weston A Price Foundation and author of Nourishing Traditions, a book that challenges mainstream nutrition advice by promoting traditional diets rich in animal fats and cholesterol as essential for health.

Everything we thought we knew about dietary fat is wrong. The low-fat nutrition advice of the past sixty years has amounted to a vast uncontrolled experiment on the entire population, with disastrous consequences for our health. — Nina Teicholz, investigative journalist and author

Morell leads a global network with thousands of members and hundreds of local chapters, advocating for nutrient-dense foods through education, research, and activism.

Her work emphasises the importance of these foods for normal growth, brain function, and disease prevention, positioning her as a key figure in the alternative nutrition movement.

There is no credible evidence that foods containing saturated fat are harmful when eaten as part of a healthy, low-carb diet that contributes to healthy weight loss. — Dr Bret Scher, Medical Director at Diet Doctor
