Humans Were Designed To Eat Fat And Protein

Professor Tim Noakes’ presentation at the BizNews Conference in March detailed the failures of medical science and the imitation scientists who fervently serve at the behest of “The Science”.

Noakes’ grasp of the complexities of the ongoing yet unseen pandemics of diabetes and obesity, among other equally critical matters, exemplified a perfect marriage between incontrovertible comprehension and the kind of simplicity only critical thought and accuracy could inform. Albert Einstein would have applauded and thanked Noakes for demonstrating the degree of understanding referred to in one of his prolific quotes: If you can’t explain it to a six-year-old, you don’t understand it yourself.”

Early in this conference, Tim Noakes explains that humans have evolved to eat a high protein, high fat diet rather than the high carbohydrate diets many eat today. Research has recently shown that hippopotamuses were killed by Paranthropus which existed on the planet three million years ago. Noakes goes on to explain that pre-humans were eating these large, fat animals and the reason we don’t see them today is because they were wiped out by humans. When this occurred we had to find a substitute in carbohydrates but our bodies weren’t designed to copy with carbohydrates.
