  International Public Notice: Housecleaning for Donald Trump

  First, a note to Donald Trump:  in order for people to do things lawfully (land)  and legally (at sea), which we agree is necessary and good, those people have to have standing to take action.  

  Standing is a fundamental prerequisite of jurisdiction.  The people taking the action must have standing — think of it as firm footing and actual interest in the action and the subject matter, meaning the actual physical substance that is being acted upon, in our case.  

  Now, we see that you are going to try to be inaugurated as President of The United States, meaning the entire country, because since 1851, the name of this country is The United States.  

  Presumably, you are going to try this end run based on the several “Republics” that U.S. Citizens have founded around the country and also presumably, you will try to claim that this is a proper action because some of them have claimed back their birthright nationality as American State Nationals.  

  While all that is well and good for Federal Citizens to do, it doesn’t give them standing to speak for any county in this country while they are still retaining any form of Federal Citizenship.  

  In order to do this and do it right, logic has to be followed and the Law and the history have to fit. 

  So let’s map it out for everyone: 

  The Federal Government operates in only three jurisdictions — international land (1)  and sea (2)  and global air (3) jurisdictions.   It has no national (soil) jurisdiction at all.  

  The Forefathers separated out the Counties and their lawful soil jurisdiction and isolated them, so that their only avenue to international and global jurisdictions is via their State of the Union. 

  This was done to prevent foreign interests, like the Papal theocracy, or the British and Dutch or French Governments, from coming in here and picking the Counties off, one by one, and re-establishing their own hegemonies here.  

  Add to this knowledge,  that the Federal Government only has delegated powers. It has no powers of its own, and must “borrow” those powers from the States of the Union, which similarly act in only three jurisdictions and which retain all undelegated powers as well as the right to oversee the exercise of all delegated powers.  

  It follows that all Federal Offices only exist and operate at the level of the States of the Union and only in the international jurisdictions of land (1) and sea (2) and air (3).  None of them ever operate at the level of the soil.  

  That level of jurisdiction is vouchsafed to our Counties and the Union States that our Counties form.  

  The Union States taken together form The United States.  

  However, you are dealing with a situation in which virtually all Americans —including yourself, have been institutionally defrauded and denatured by not one, but two, foreign registration processes. 

  These “certificated” registration processes, resulting in multiple birth certificates and certificates of live birth, have trafficked everyone off the land into the international jurisdiction of the sea and then into the jurisdiction of the air.  

  To overcome this, the situation has to be recognized and unraveled step by step.  As the Maxim of Law requires: as a thing is bound, so it is unbound. 

  All those well-intentioned U.S. Citizens trying to raise “Republics” have no idea where they are in terms of their political status and have done nothing effective to get back on the land, much less the soil, of this country.  So, you can’t count on them to give you any standing to inhabit the Office of President of The United States. 

  Something the Brits all have to learn — you can’t give away something that you don’t possess yourself. 

  U.S. Citizens don’t possess land and they therefore also don’t possess soil. Read on for a better understanding: 

  Our American State Citizens possess land and as they also concurrently populate the Counties where they live, they also possess soil.  Our American State Nationals possess the soil directly, but American State Nationals who are acting as or adopting the status of U.S. Citizens are at sea, and their property is held in trust pending their return, so they have no standing to create a “Republic” on land or soil. 

  In fact, the only Republics that have ever existed in this country were established by the American Federal Subcontractor operating under The Constitution for the united States of America — and as you can guess, that entity known as “the Federal Republic” — operated only on land(1) and sea(2) and air(3).  

  Again, no reference to the actual Counties, the national soil jurisdiction, or The United States. 

  You boys really, truly, need to get your identities and jurisdictions and histories straight, and stop trying to do “end runs” around the facts and the people of this country.  

  Building on sand again is not an option.  

  Here is the actual, factual situation: 

  The Municipal Government Corporation went bankrupt under Chapter 7 and is now completely defunct.  Joe Biden has no position as “President” of anything related to our government, and should have been removed as of the first of January.  

  All Municipal Government Employees have been paid using Territorial Government funds since the first of October and therefore are in fact now Territorial Government Employees under the Command of Donald J. Trump acting as Commander-in-Chief of the British Territorial Government Corporation(s).  

  Everything evil that these Subcontractors have done since October first has been done under the False Idea that Joe Biden had a right to command their services, when he doesn’t and in fact, never did. 

  Those Municipal corporations and franchises have been in receivership the entire time that Biden has been in office, and even if that were not true, and even if all these evils — from Maui to Gaza to North Carolina to Los Angeles — were not directly attributable to the Bankruptcy Trustees, he still wouldn’t have an office empowered to do any of the evils that have beset the world since October 1st 2024. 

  They are setting you up, Donald Trump.  They are making it look like you were an incompetent Commander-in-Chief and failed to stand them down and countermand what they are doing.  They are making it look like all this happened on your watch.  

  And it has happened on your watch.  You haven’t appeared to grasp the game they are playing and haven’t taken appropriate action as a result.  Technically, you stood by and let them dismantle the Southern Border.  Technically, you let them filch trillions of dollars of funds out of the DOD budget.  Technically, you let them use DEW weapons and “Smart Meters” to burn our towns and now, Los Angeles. 

  If you understood jurisdiction, you would realize that we, the Americans, now own all the assets of those Municipal Corporations. We paid for them, we bankrupted them, and we now own all that is left of them.  And you would also realize that, despite Jimmy Carter, those aren’t our Bankruptcy Trustees ordering all this death and mayhem.   Those are international Executors de Son Tort getting away with murder and laughing in our faces, because
