First, we are writing to urgently warn you about a proposed Presidential Executive Order that could take away states’ rights to make their own vaccine laws.
On June 14, 2025, our colleagues sent this letter asking the Religious Liberty Commission to reject this plan, which could lead to a Supreme Court case that brings back old rulings supporting forced vaccination. We believe this would put religious and medical freedom at risk in all 50 states. Help protect the right to informed vaccine choices by engaging on this platform.
Next, millions of people injured by mRNA injections have been abandoned by our public health agencies. In the absence of meaningful support, it is critically important to identify and advance safe, evidence-based strategies to aid recovery. At the McCullough Foundation, ongoing research has highlighted the following key interventions. Kennedy Jr. has taken “a major step to restore public trust in vaccines by retiring the 17 current members of the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) and appointing eight new members. These highly qualified scientists and physicians are committed to evidence-based medicine and will require clear safety and efficacy data before recommending any vaccines. They will also review data on the existing vaccine schedule at ACIP’s June 25 meeting.”

The Belmont Report is a seminal document in the field of ethics and research involving human subjects we should all be familiar with. It’s three ethical principles include:
- People have the right to make informed decisions regarding their participation in research, and their informed consent must be obtained willingly and without coercion.

Researchers must act in the best interests of participants. Expected benefits must be expected to outweigh potential harm. Risks should be carefully evaluated and justified. (Reduction of cold-like symptoms does not justify the immediate parking lot deaths, the foot-long clots, myocarditis, miscarriages and turbo cancers.)

Researchers cannot exploit vulnerable populations; selecting research subjects must be unbiased.
The Belmont Report was issued by the National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research in response to ethical controversies in medical research.
The report serves as a foundational framework for ethical principles and guidelines governing research conducted on human participants in the United States.
