In this video, we explore the career and works of Jose Delgado. We see that he was using brain implants to modify the behavior of animals and humans.
We see that he has many works that imply that he endorsed exerting increased control over society using techniques that modify people. We see a video clip in which Delgado admits to using EMFs to modify the behavior of animals without implants, including the next lecture being able to induce sleep.
Part one is much more about the philosophical implications of Delgado’s works, part 2 will be much more directly related to his experiments.
