Former LGBT activist renounces her job ‘grooming’ children

A former LGBT activist now is speaking out against “grooming” and transgenderism

“I started to realize that what I had been doing at my job at the LGBT Center, it was grooming,” Kay Yang told Fox News recently, in reference to her former job doing “outreach” to K-12 on gender ideology.

“I was hired to conduct LGBT community outreach and education,” she told Fox News. “I thought, ‘Wow, I want to help people who are being marginalized, who are being oppressed, I don’t think that anyone should be discriminated against.’”

“I had no idea that what I was doing at the time I was being used as a Trojan horse for this like huge marketing campaign [for gender ideology],” she said in the interview. “I didn’t know what was going on that was normalizing these policies and these practices that are pushing irreversible medical damage on healthy children.”

“What have I contributed to? I actually felt devastated. It was very difficult to process and deal with. I had to really face myself and what I had done,” she said.

Yang said that businesses and schools viewed her organization’s work as coming from a place of expertise, but in reality she had no idea what she was really teaching.

“We would go into schools or businesses, organizations and the community, they would see us as experts,” she said. “But really, I didn’t know exactly what I was teaching. I was doing what I was told because it was my job.”

She fears that kids are going to continue to be indoctrinated into the LGBT agenda.

“I’m really concerned that our children are being told complete untruths about themselves and their bodies and the world around them, and that’s setting them up for danger, and it’s setting them up to internalize feelings of shame against their own body just for being a male or being a female,” she told Fox News.

“And I really think that all people, but especially children, should be taught to love and respect their body and grow to accept the body that they were born in and whether that’s a male or a female,” Yang  said.

“And I’m very concerned that this ideology is grooming young girls to believe that they don’t need sex-based rights anymore and grooming them to promote this ideology. Because that’s what happened to me.”

Her comments on how kids are groomed to feel transgender or support homosexuality tracks with an increased identification as LGBT among young people.

LifeSiteNews’ Jonathon Van Maren has commented on these trends and said that public schools are “actively encouraging and facilitating children to push boundaries and question their sex.”

“It is obvious to any reasonable person that a child of four or five years old identifying as ‘non-binary’ has very little to do with the child’s identity, which he or she cannot even conceptualize at that age,” Van Maren wrote.

“A non-binary preschooler or kindergartener is, as one wag put it, a bit like a vegan cat — we all know who is making the decisions here. But despite that, they have been recruited into an industrial-scale social experiment in which confusion is introduced, encouraged, and facilitated.”

“Kids want to be popular and special,” he wrote. “The fastest route to achieving that these days is to identify somewhere on the LGBT spectrum.

How can it be claimed “I had no idea that what I was doing”. Do you have any idea now, or is this also not registering properly? Why should anyone take notice of intention of such lacklustre behaviour?

Following orders? No excuse. One has a mind in order to reason with. Changing one’s mind does not absolve one of any wrongdoing, intentional or not.

I understand how she could have done that, and then later come to realize that what she was told was not such a good approach. We have all been brainwashed and set up as victims of propaganda since our birth for several generations now. This propaganda and control goes back before the 30s, so it has been with us as our world.
I am happy she came to realize she was being used and stopped doing that. Another brick in the wall, for us.
