Fired Pharma Workers Explain Why They Didn’t Get COVID-19 Shots
A major pharmaceutical company last week fired many employees who refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Syneos Health is a global pharmaceutical outsourcing company with some 28,000 employees in more than 110 countries. It contracts with bigger pharmaceutical companies including COVID-19 vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson/Janssen.
While J & J employs pharmaceutical representatives, it also contracts with Syneos Health to provide additional pharmaceutical representatives. Each Syneos representative is paired with one from J&J and they work together, selling drugs to doctors and other health care providers.
“It’s the same exact job, same exact customers, same exact expense reporting. Everything is the same, we’re just employed through different employers. And yet we’re being forced to be vaccinated and they’re not. We’re being told it’s because we can’t do our job, yet my Janssen counterpart can be unvaccinated, have an exemption, and still do the same exact job,” one sales representative told The Epoch Times.
Two recently fired Syneos pharmaceutical representatives spoke with The Epoch Times on condition of confidentiality as they finalize their employment benefits and search for new work.
They said J & J is granting permanent medical and religious exemptions for their employees, allowing them to keep their jobs, but Syneos exemptions were temporary and their time to comply is up.
Employees who applied for exemptions from the shots got a “good news/bad news” letter from Syneos on Dec. 9. The good news: the company was granting a temporary exemption. The bad news: The exemption ended on Jan. 31, along with their jobs. Until then, employees were not allowed to enter any U.S. Syneos building.
Florida employees got a different letter, granting them a temporary exemption from the vaccine. The letter allows them to enter Syneos buildings in Florida, but company buildings outside the state are off-limits. Their exemptions will be re-evaluated in 30 days, the letter said. Those in Florida are protected by a state law making it more complicated for companies to mandate COVID-19 shots.
Syneos did not respond to a request for comment in this story and did not provide the number of affected employees in this global company. Former employees said the mass firing was company-wide.
Pharmaceutical Workers Say No
Syneos pharmaceutical sales representatives, many with science or health backgrounds, attend a two-month pharmaceutical school when hired. Here, they are taught the science behind the drugs they sell. They were not selling COVID vaccines, but they have a working knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
“A lot of us were questioning the shots because they didn’t go through the proper safety and efficacy studies that are traditionally required for all medications. And being in the medical industry, part of our job is discussing safety and efficacy about our products and our competitors’ products with doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. For there not to be safety and efficacy data with these COVID shots, many of us wanted to wait,” one former Syneos employee said.
These employees didn’t view the shots as “bad.” They just wanted more data before making a decision. Many people took the shots without questioning it.
“The government said do this; it is in your best interest and you can go back to normal,” a former employee said. “As time has gone on, we’ve seen, obviously, these are not actual vaccines that inoculate you and give you immunity. And there are a lot of reports of—and people that we know personally—who have been injured from these shots, so there’s a good percentage of us that never got them. As data continued to come in, we were not going to get them.”
Some already had COVID-19 and trust their immune systems, some had religious objections.
“God gave us an immune system and has already proven that our natural immune system works, so there’s no reason to take an experimental medication,” a former employee said.
The other former employee says it’s a matter of not living in fear.
“I know that COVID has taken people’s lives just like the flu has, and pneumonia, and other viruses. But I’m not going to inject myself with something that has no long-term data. I’m not comfortable being an experiment for these pharmaceutical companies, and COVID has such a high percentage of survival rate that there’s no need for me to. So many people just live in fear, and they are living through what the media is telling them, and it’s just unfortunate that more people don’t actually do some research. The survival rate is so high and I’m so healthy, that I just don’t have a reason to be afraid.”

This is an excellent piece. It avoids all the complex issues and gets to the core, which is we should all know about the basic safety issues related to health care and be informed about safety of treatment before we agree. With operations we have to sign consent forms with riks and benefits. With all over the counter drugs we get a leaflet with the risks which we are instructed to read before taking the drug. We can question the doctor if there is something we do not accept. When it comes to vaccinations I have only once been given details of side effects and that was after the injection. I got the information because the vaccination was done by a chemist and not a GP. We should be given information on all vaccines, particularly parents taking children for vaccinations, in advance so that we have time to consider the implications. With vaccines, we need to know whether it will stop us getting the disease and with both flu and covid there is no evidence that either prevent us getting infected. Why aren’t the politicians doing something about this? Perhaps because they are in the pay of Big Pharma.

Excellent. The politicians (in the US) are the ones who set this all up in 1986 by absolving the pharma companies of all vaccine injuries. Since then, it has been a free-for-all with no concerns for efficacy and safety. The politicians are bought and paid for by big pharma and are securely under the protection of the big pharma blanket of lies, propaganda and death.

Most people do not realize that science is just another religion. They would prefer to think of science as hard facts and anything else is fairy tales. Lets break it down, shall we?
What exactly is a religion per say? It is a belief system built on the teachings of books. The average person does not have first hand, actual experience with most things that are taught as science. The average person has never been to space, yet in faith alone, believes in it due to books, stories, news and video / films that have been presented by a single source governmental entity (NASA) that is protected by Top secret security measures and located on fenced, secured, authorized personnel only, grounds. Yet the people “believe”. Science tells the people that the earth has a crust, mantle and a core that draws objects towards this core and this attraction is a theory described as “gravity”. Yet in truth the deepest any mine, drilling or cave has ever gone is just 8 miles down, not even penetrating the so called crust. How do “they” know there is a mantle or core? How do they “know” the earth is a sphere? (Hint- they don’t, but do lie) “Science” also tells the people that viruses exist and are a constant threat to humanity as a transmissible pathogen that causes disease. How does the average person know this? It is accepted by faith alone as the average person does not posses an electron microscope. The truth is that no virus has ever been positively identified, isolated and purified ever. Yet “they” lie and say they do and create fake pandemics and scares to push this religion of germ theory on the people. Thus “science” beyond what can be tested, repeated and demonstrated beyond the average person’s ability, is simply a religion that has been neatly packaged into a sophisticated array of not available for proving myths that are presented as facts. This is not science. This is a religion. The so called facts that are presented as true by “science authorities” must be taken on faith and trust alone just as one would do for example with the Holy Bible, Koran or other books and teachings.
This article mentions a God given immunity system. I think that is key. Science wants the people of this earth to trust in the religion of science to protect them from getting Covid. Yet Covid has never been proven to exist, let alone any other virus. “Science” wants every human being on this realm to take an experimental jab for something that does not exist. This is madness. The results are coming in. Massive injuries and death. All brought to humanity in the name of “science”. Seems like this religion of “science” is pretty demonic to me.
Since most of “science” is single source, top secret lies and deceptions designed to mislead, lie and kill off humanity, I think I will be placing my faith in another religion. One without lies, harm, poisons, charlatans, big Pharma, pedophiles, puppets, trillionaires, demons and death.
The religion of “science” is a lie. So what is left? Perhaps ……God?? You know the one that created everything that we think we know? Yes that. Trust in God. Trust in your God given immunity. Strive for health based on organic foods, exercise, sunlight, avoidance of stress, vices, lies, deceptions and evil. Or continue to be trapped in the religion of “science” a cult like religion of lies, and death.
