Exploring the Impact of Cloud Seeding and Cosmic Ray Ionisation
Cosmic rays play a significant role in cloud formation by ionising the atmosphere, creating charged particles that help form and stabilise aerosols
These aerosols grow into cloud condensation nuclei, which are essential for water vapour to condense and form clouds.
Variations in cosmic ray flux, influenced by solar activity, can modulate cloud cover and impact Earth’s climate.
Increased cosmic ray flux leads to more cloud formation and cooling, while decreased flux results in fewer clouds and warming.
In a similar way, cloud seeding is a human-engineered process where substances like silver iodide or salt particles are introduced into the atmosphere to act as cloud condensation nuclei.
These particles facilitate water vapor condensation, leading to the formation of water droplets that can grow large enough to fall as precipitation.
I was surprised to hear comment from an expert that cloud seeding couldn’t have exacerbated the flooding along the Guadalupe River, because it was stopped two days before.
That comment caused me to find out what the clouds had been seeded with, and when I found out it was salt (sodium chloride/NaCl), I thought, ‘Doesn’t he know the first thing about cloud seeding, and how long it takes cloud condensation nuclei to grow (2-4 days) and that a thunderstorm will potentially enhance and speed coalescence’.
I made some comments on social media, as I do sometimes, and I was surprised at the number of commentators who were surprised that I ‘believed in cloud seeding’ and disappointed I couldn’t accept that the flooding was natural.
Others were angry I was ‘blaming Trump’. There are 329 comments on my most recent Facebook post. Some of them are insightful, most suggest a poor understanding of precipitation.
I hadn’t mentioned Trump. As regards natural, I am a little tired of the choice being binary: either ‘climate change’ is natural, or it’s caused by carbon dioxide. There seems very little understanding of the different sources of cloud condensation nuclei, and how they can be more limiting than water.
For sure, we need a new theory of climate and better tools for weather forecasting if the terrible loss of life is going to stop. Not just along the Guadalupe, but we have also had bad flooding and loss of life in Australia.
The Earth’s stratosphere is currently saturated with water from the eruption of the Tongan volcano in January 2022, but there seems little public understanding of this, though it has likely affected rain and snowfall particularly in the Southern Hemisphere.
I have written about this elsewhere, and I had an article published in The Spectator magazine predicting that the aerosols from the volcano would likely exacerbated flooding in Australia.
This is because on this watery planet Earth, it is more often cloud condensation nuclei that are limiting not water. Indeed, that is why cloud seeding works.
Cloud seeding is real, and a form of geoengineering. I don’t have an opinion on whether it is good or bad. It is, nevertheless, a fact. The United States government has a long history of involvement in this form of weather modification beginning in the 1950s. It is legislated, legal, and widespread.
If there was a better understanding of cloud seeding, meteorologists and others, might be better able to grasp how volcanoes and super nova explosions in faraway galaxies that are a source of cosmic rays can also affect rainfall on planet Earth.
Rather, mainstream meteorology is based on a very naïve view of rainfall: rainfall occurs when water vapour in the atmosphere condenses into liquid droplets, which grow large enough to overcome air resistance and fall to the ground as precipitation.
Temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure and topography can play a role, but not — cosmic rays or volcanoes, and so there is also limited understanding of how cloud seeding works.
If major flooding is to ever be forecast with any reliability, then weather bureaus will need to monitor sources of aerosols and the factors that can ionise the atmosphere potentially causing the aerosols that may initially act as condensation nuclei to grow rapidly into droplets of rainfall.
On July 2, 2025, Rainmaker’s cloud seeding operation in Karnes County, Texas, sprayed salt into the atmosphere as cloud condensation nuclei.
Salt particles were introduced into the atmosphere primarily as cloud condensation nuclei to facilitate water droplet formation. These ions likely also increased the electrical conductivity of the surrounding air and cloud environment.
Enhanced electrical conductivity will also influence the dynamics of charge separation within clouds, which is a key factor in storm activity and lightning formation.
Thunderstorms involve the separation of positive and negative charges within clouds, which creates the conditions for lightning and other storm-related phenomena. Increased electrical conductivity from salt particles may facilitate or amplify this charge separation process, potentially intensifying storm activity.
In my new theory of climate resilience, the same processes that can supercharge a local storm — cloud seeding for sure, as yeast and warmth will cause bread to rise both faster and higher — can be shown to operate at a global scale through cosmic ray ionisation and at a regional level when volcanoes spew aerosols into the atmosphere.

The Dr. knows nothing about cloud formation or about water in the atmosphere. What holds the water droplets up at a constant altitude giving the clouds flat Botton surfaces? Why isn’t the water in the clouds ice. Super cooling of water cannot occur if there is any contamination, charged particles or turbulence. The water comes from the surface so the amount of water in the air decreases with increasing altitude so why do do clouds grow thicker from the top? Since cosmic rays are random why does the wAter concentrate to form clouds? What are the cosmic rays ionizing the water or the air molecules and if this occurring where are the positive charges?
The whole of meteorology and climate science is garbage because they are founded on myths not science.

The people who live in this country and who watch its skies have been noticing the odd “ChemTrails” — proof of aerial spraying similar to the patterns left by crop dusting planes for decades, and we have been raising questions the whole time— even though we have been taunted and marginalized by media talking heads and called names like “Tin Hats” over it.

No other proof of premeditation is needed.
This week, Bill Gates was brought to trial for genocide in a small Dutch District Court. The lead attorney was arrested under unspecified charges based on testimony by unknown parties the day before. Another attorney presented the case anyway. We will know the verdict in about three weeks.
Meantime, the question on the minds of every American who still has a mind is — where are the charges against Gates here at home? Don’t we have enough victims with enough data and common sense to bring a Class Action on the Beast’s home turf?
These criminals have been engaged for several decades in a murder for profit scheme that has them benefiting from killing their creditors slowly and painfully and reaping medical sector profits on the way.

Growth hormones injected into steers and pigs have found their way into adolescent bodies, interfering in the growth and sexual identity of generations of Americans and Europeans — a fact that the guilty parties have tried to cover up and claim is suppressed “natural” transgenderism.
Heavy metal and radioactive chemical pollution of the oceans has made it necessary to test every fish.
The Congress and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are primarily responsible for all of this and they must be held to account, individually and collectively.
While President Trump focuses on an election stolen five years ago, via typical means which have been used to change election results in other countries for decades — and by the same players, too — we are left to twiddle thumbs and wait for the day that the “Food and Drug Administration” is discredited and disbanded and an effective public and apolitical safeguard is erected to perform the duties the FDA was supposed to do.
