Tails:

It is a nothing more than a portable OS that keeps no records. Any connections made to the outside world are recorded regardless by the network infrastructure and ISP. There is allways a trail left behind even if the OS itself is clean.
Uses Tor, and Tor has been compromised in the past afaik. Worth a try, but it’s no magic bullet – I wouldn’t trust my freedom to It.
