Admission: Use of fear to control public in pandemic was ‘totalitarian’

Scientists on a committee that encouraged the use of fear to control people’s behaviour during the Covid pandemic have admitted its work was “unethical” and “totalitarian”.
Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B) expressed regret about the tactics in a new book about the role of psychology in the Government’s Covid-19 response.
SPI-B warned in March last year that ministers needed to increase “the perceived level of personal threat” from Covid-19 because “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened”.
Gavin Morgan, a psychologist on the team, said: “Clearly, using fear as a means of control is not ethical. Using fear smacks of totalitarianism. It’s not an ethical stance for any modern government. By nature I am an optimistic person, but all this has given me a more pessimistic view of people.”
Mr Morgan spoke to author Laura Dodsworth, who has spent a year investigating the Government’s tactics for her book A State of Fear, published on Monday.
Ministers have faced repeated accusations that they ramped up the threat from the pandemic to justify lockdowns and coerce the public into abiding by them – a claim that will be examined by the forthcoming public inquiry into the pandemic response.
SPI-B is one of the sub-committees that advises the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), led by Sir Patrick Vallance, the chief scientific adviser.
One SPI-B scientist told Ms Dodsworth: “In March [2020] the Government was very worried about compliance and they thought people wouldn’t want to be locked down. There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance, and decisions were made about how to ramp up the fear. The way we have used fear is dystopian. The use of fear has definitely been ethically questionable. It’s been like a weird experiment. Ultimately, it backfired because people became too scared.”
Another SPI-B member said: “You could call psychology ‘mind control’. That’s what we do… clearly we try and go about it in a positive way, but it has been used nefariously in the past.”
One warned that “people use the pandemic to grab power and drive through things that wouldn’t happen otherwise… We have to be very careful about the authoritarianism that is creeping in”.
Another said: “Without a vaccine, psychology is your main weapon… Psychology has had a really good epidemic, actually.”
As well as overt warnings about the danger of the virus, the Government has been accused of feeding the public a non-stop diet of bad news, such as deaths and hospitalisations, without ever putting the figures in context with news of how many people have recovered, or whether daily death tolls are above or below seasonal averages.
Another member of SPI-B said they were “stunned by the weaponisation of behavioural psychology” during the pandemic, and that “psychologists didn’t seem to notice when it stopped being altruistic and became manipulative. They have too much power and it intoxicates them”.
Steve Baker, the deputy chairman of the Covid Recovery Group of Tory MPs, said: “If it is true that the state took the decision to terrify the public to get compliance with rules, that raises extremely serious questions about the type of society we want to become. If we’re being really honest, do I fear that Government policy today is playing into the roots of totalitarianism? Yes, of course it is.”

The use of fear porn has always been the main tool in the elite’s totalitarian tool bag. There always has to be not only an external enemy from which to develop the Hegelian dialectic thesis antithesis in order to move the livestock more quickly in the desired direction but there always has to be a constant array of manufactured “crises” and emergencies of an invisible and imaginary nature. they KNEW what they were doing – it’s too late to say ‘sorry’, enough damage has happened, and it is still continuing with these fake and dangerous vaccine’s – probably many years to come.

The medical fraud of the fake virus was planned years ahead and was preceded by several trial runs to condition the livestock including H1N1, Swine flu, Bird flu, Zika, anthrax and the phony AIDS “epidemic.” There were thousand of deaths and damage from the blood toxins associated with these “vaccinations” as well, particularly with Fauci’s fake swine flu and the horrific Zika disaster.
The highly touted AIDS is a good case study. Fauci and the NIH-CDC and the big Pharma criminal network started by the Rockefeller (Levinson) Flexner gang had been milking the taxpayer for billions all the way back to the beginning of Nelson Rockefeller puppet Nixon’s “War on Cancer” with naturally Zero results. They could not keep beating a dead horse forever. AIDS was invented in order to keep the river of money flowing. It brought in billions more just as the current fake virus is doing, while providing cover for more “stimulus” (95%) to the banking cartel’s friends on Wall St. as was done in 08 under Pritzker monkey Obama and Goldman Sachs crony Treasury sec. Geithner.

If the cattle bolt then they will back off for awhile and just put more emphasis on one of the other psyops such as climate change, manufactured Antifa, BLM, Proud boy events, fake Floyd Breonna Taylors, the usual shootings such as Los Vegas, and the recent one in Bolder while having the political puppet actors and Jew MSM carp about anti semitism and white violence, even though the overwhelming majority of violence (N.Y. city for ex. over 90%) are by non whites. In the back ground a new contrived conflict is being prepared with China and Russia. The goal is to completely plunder the goyim as they are herded into agenda 21.

There seem to be a few of us that understand the program of the Zionist syndicate that has now been at work for well over a hundred years. In the U.S. there is still a remnant of constitutional protections afforded to the states and people under the 10th amendment. This is an impediment to the elite aristocracy of criminals seeking total control. The states are still required to call out the national guard and issue the command for temporary martial Lew.
The elites plan is to create enough “emergencies” so they can circumvent the states and police under local control, and use their own gestapo of thugs only under the elite’s control. The Zionists have most key positions under their control now such as most governors such as Black Rock shill Coumo in N,.Y. , former Soros employee whitmere in. Mich,, Pelosi’s nephew Gavin in Cal. and crypto Jew Abbot in Texas. We see the precursor to this agenda with the fact that 30 states now are abridging the first amendment freedom of speech with the unconstitutional laws against speaking out against the ongoing atrocities committed by the Khazar thugs against the native land owners of Palestine and as was recently demonstrated by Trumps ex. order against free speech on college campuses.
