Shooting Aerosols Into San Francisco Sky to Increase Cloud Cover
A secretive project conducted from the deck of an aircraft carrier in the San Francisco Bay will shoot trillions of aerosol particles into the sky to increase cloud cover in the name of preventing global warming, and details have been held back to “avoid (a) public backlash”.
The experiment is being dubbed America’s “first outdoor test to limit global warming.”
“The Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement, or CAARE, project is using specially built sprayers to shoot trillions of sea salt particles into the sky in an effort to increase the density — and reflective capacity — of marine clouds,” reports Scientific American.
“The experiment is taking place, when conditions permit, atop the USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum in Alameda, California, and will run through the end of May, according to a weather modification form the team filed with federal regulators.”
The report notes that there is little data on the potential negative effects of such geoengineering projects and that they “could also harm communities and ecosystems in unexpected ways.”
Shuchi Talati, the executive director of the Alliance for Just Deliberation on Solar Geoengineering, remarked how the test had been “kept under wraps” with little public engagement whatsoever.
A similar experiment that was set to be conducted over Sweden by Harvard University and had previously received funding from Bill Gates was cancelled last month after opposition from campaigners and Indigenous groups.
The Scientific American report warns that artificially creating cloud cover “could alter weather patterns in unclear ways and potentially limit the productivity of fisheries and farms.”
But they’re just going to go ahead and do it anyway.
Participants in the project declined to answer emailed questions or interview requests about the experiment in San Francisco.
According to a report by the New York Times, the secrecy is based on concerns that if the public knew the full scope of what was happening, “critics would try to stop them.”
“History has shown us that when we insert ourselves into modification of nature, there are always very serious unintended consequences,” said Greg Goldsmith, the associate dean for research and development at Chapman University.
Conspiracy theorists have long claimed that such experiments have been taking place for years, even decades, with some even asserting that weather modification has been conducted via “chemtrails” released from military and commercial aircraft.
The chemtrail conspiracy theory, which has been around since the early 90’s at least, is based around claims that contrails released from the jet engines of aircraft linger around in the sky for hours and produce de facto cloud cover to block out the sun.
Editor’s note: I don’t understand why this is even being considered, as alarmists are now claiming the Sun has no influence on our climate.

If you fear artificial intelligence, your fear is misplaced. A much more imminent threat to life on Earth is that real idiots have the ability to greenlight foolish experiments that can, and likely will, have catastrophic consequences on a global scale.

The problem is Paul Joseph Watson, who wrote this and maybe Greg Goldsmith, if he didn’t list the known .cases of this history to which he referred
I am from South Dakota and I know that decades ago clouds were seeded with silver iodide, near Rapid City SD, to produce precipitation and a severe destructive storm was produced. And they stopped seeding clouds.
History only exists when it is reviewed.

Hi Guys,
I have been making a mistake similar to that which I just pointed. . Mornings I often sit at a window and watch clouds to the west, north west. Since the invention of radar we know that radar can show us which clouds have the potential of causing precipitation. Biut until about 15 minutes ago I had never compared the radar information with the clouds I was watching. The radar confirmed the cloud I was watching had the potential to cause precipitation. The radar, image is of no use if I do not use it.

“From the table went that cloud droplets averaging about 10 microns radius would have no time to reach the ground from middle-cloud levels even in the whole life of a depression. The small size is due to the ubiquitous condensation nuclei of which some 1000 per cubic centimeter may become active, and the excess water distributed among so many drops permits only the small size, 1000 drops of 10 microns radius in each centimeter account for 4 grammes of water per kilogram of air, Avery considerable figure. The droplet radius and so the fall-speed is, moreover, not very sensitive either to the number of nuclei or to the amount of condensed water. Thus by increasing the total water content or decreasing the number of droplets eight-fold, the diameter is only doubled and the fall-speed increased four-fold; the drops are still very small and not at all like raindrops. The firm conclusion is that if there were no process for collecting the condensed water together into a relatively few really big drops, each the equivalent of perhaps a million cloud droplets, the clouds could remain in suspension almost indefinitely and rainfall would be very slight .The effect on world climate would be quite catastrophic.” (pp 52-53, Weather and Climate1966, R. Mexico recently outlawed ALL geoengineering, sky related, and there is a bill to do so in Tennessee as well. They constantly thread our sky’s in Southern California this past winter…a beautiful day dawns, by mid-morning after 4 to 6 jets criss-cross the sky for hours, beginning shortly after dawn, filmy white sky’s. Nothing this month, or last – no jets at all. And who knows what we cannot see -they do over the ocean, over the rockies. It seemed to produce zero rain – you can see the storms marching across the pacific. Why would you need to produce rain in winter, worry your global fear porn muscle? The explanation, from them, is thwarting radar. I guess no one is threatening us this month ot last!🤬 idiots!
Yet no one believes you when you point out the contrails- when you have them look up, see the jet, see the vapor – the straight lines that morph into gauzy white clouds that cover the sky, don’t disappear…
