First High Court Case
In this video, Dr. John Campbell is looking at a landmark legal case. This case claims that the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine has been branded “defective”.
The claims efficacy has been vastly overstated and has now become a High Court test case. Mr. Jamie Scott suffered a bleed on the brain which resulted in a significant permanent brain injury and is now unable to work.
He was vaccinated, April 2021, the Consumer Protection Act 1987, argues AstraZeneca vaccine “defective” (not as safe as individuals were entitled to expect). From Mr and Mrs Scott “We were told by the Government the vaccine was safe and effective but what’s happened to Jamie has been life changing and their vaccine caused that.”
